This superb studio, branded new, quiet and bright is like a cocoon in the heart of Paris. Its 38m2 are perfectly optimised and can accommodate up to 2 guests.
There is a double bed in a bedroom corner.
The windows give a real opening on the outside being at the 6th floor with no vis-Ă -vis.
It is fully equipped with many storages.
Neighborhood life is pleasant, safe with all the facilities around.

Safe and clean, you'll find all the shops, grocery, caterer, restaurants, cinema next to the unit.
The well known rue de Passy is next door as well as la Clinique de la Muette.
Located near the famous Place du Trocadero, walking distance to the Champs de Mars and Eiffel Tower or les Champs ĂlysĂ©es Next door you can also enjoy Les Jardins du Ranelagh for a green break !
