TOTAL REMODEL 2015 !!! Bottenvåningen renoverades 100% med alla nya möbler och allt i denna enhet var helt ny.

Gulf Highlands är en familjevänlig gated community med säkerhet. Anläggningen har 11 pooler (4 uppvärmda och 1 strandsida), tennisbanor, shuffleboard och minigolf (tvärs över enheten).

Ingen rökning eller husdjur tillåtet på enheten.

Enheten på nedervåningen har ett vardagsrum med bäddsoffa, matsal, halvt badrum, tvättstuga och ett fullt utrustat kök. Den yttre uteplatsen vetter mot kanalen har 6 stolar med en eldstad bord och en grill. Inställningen på kanalen möjliggör trevliga ganska morgnar och kvällar utanför strandmassan. 18 hål putt-putt och 2 pooler ligger bara några steg från ytterdörren.

Upp trappan innehåller två fulla bad och två sovrum med king size-sängar, ett med en privat balkong med utsikt över kanalen. Enheten inkluderar även WIFI, kabel, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Parkera direkt framför din enhet, inga parkeringsgarage eller långsamma hissar att kämpa med! Stranden ligger bara en kort promenad bort.

Winter getaway

Loved the property!!

We absolutely loved the property. If you’re looking for a quiet place that is only a few minutes walk to the beach, well this is the place. This property will not disappoint. We were also allowed to check in early which was so wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!!

Week in Paradise

We loved our time here. The condo was as pictured clean and close to one of the pools putt putt and a short walk to beach. We come to Gulf Highlands every October and will try to rent this condo again.

Place was nice, clean. Apparently the cleaning lady didn't like baby powder on the floor in a restroom so we picked up a $20 charge when leaving. Oh well. Other than that... we'd go back

Short trip for a wedding

This property was perfect! The only problem was some dirt on the sheets of the pullout sofa bed but we changed them and things were great!! Would definitely recommend!

Summer vacay!

We loved our stay here at this cute little townhome. Buddy is a wonderful host and is always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. The home is in a perfect location and very quiet. This was our first time staying off the beach and we were not sure how we were going to like it but we LOVED it so much. We would def recommend staying here and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Buddy!

Great house! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. My only complaint was that the WiFi didn’t work during our stay( the network id listed just never showed up as one to join) other than that everything was wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

The best yet at Gulf highlands

This was the best townhouse we have stayed in on the property, and we have stayed many times. Buddy was absolutely the easiest person to deal with. I highly recommend and will keep this location for future visits. Thank you so much Buddy for working with us. We had the best weekend getaway.

Great place and a great trip.

We had a wonderful time on vacation. The place was very nice and super clean. Had everything we needed. Pools were nice kids loved the mini putt putt. Beach was nice and not very crowded where we went. Great communication with Buddy on everything went very smooth. Will look them back up next year. Thanks for a great experience.

We are the Ivey family from McDonough, Ga. My father purchased this condo in 1986 and when the construction was completed in 1987 we moved in at Christmas for the first time. We have rented the condo out to family and friends at Delta Airlines just on a word on mouth basic and had many of the same family enjoy in the summer for 20 plus years. The unit has never been rented via a rental program. This is the first time we have ever put the unit on VRBO. The unit was total remodeled two years ago and we believe it to be one of the nicest units in Gulf Highlands. We have expanded cable and Wi-Fi in the unit. We would love to share our home away from home with you.
