There is an air of home in the beautiful MANSARDA VERDE, a cozy two-bedroom apartment located within a building with a strategic location, facing the lake and along the main road leading to Lugano.
This attic apartment welcomes you with a lovely living room, consisting of a dining table for 4 people and a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa and TV to watch a movie with friends. The light enters from the panoramic window that offers a wonderful view of Lake Lugano. In a separate room there is the kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home!
There are two bedrooms, a romantic double and a single room (a second pull-out single bed is also available upon request), making the apartment perfect for families, but also for groups of friends who wish to visit Ticino.
The apartment concludes with a bathroom with a bathtub.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.Â
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.
The apartment has a private parking space outside adjacent to the building.

Stroll along the lakeside promenade for 2 km to reach the picturesque Caslano and its Lido, or cross the border to Italy and reach Lavena Ponte Tresa with its many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. From Ponte Tresa you can take the boat to the main villages on Lake Ceresio. Lugano is 10 km away.
How to arrive:
By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Nord exit and set your GPS: you will reach the flat in 15/20 minutes.
By train, from Lugano station take the S60 train direction \"Ponte Tresa\" for 11 stops and get off at the terminus Ponte Tresa.
