The house has a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living spaces, and a private garden. Plus, you get FREE parking for one car. All Southamptonâs top spots are just a short walk away. THE HOME -
A beautifully decorated 3 storey town house with central heating and your own private garden. The house offers a home from home with plenty of space, whether you are enjoying quality time with friends, family or on that important business trip.
GROUND LEVEL -
Boasts a large, open plan fitted kitchen/dining room finished to a high standard. The kitchen includes built-in fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. A wooden dining table and 3 chairs with additional fold out chairs are available to use. Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided on your arrival.
The back door opens onto your own, enclosed private garden with patio and small lawn. A garden table and chairs are available for al fresco dining.
The first of the 4 bedrooms is located on the ground floor, this is a generous single room with a hanging rail and chest of drawers.
There is a cloak room located on the ground floor, this includes a shoe rack, clothes airer, ironing board, iron and a dustpan and brush.
Bathroom 1 - Shower room and WC is fitted with shower with glass folding doors, basin and toilet.
FIRST FLOOR-
Hosts the beautifully furnished sitting room. It includes ample seating with large corner sofa and armchair. You have access to an 39inch LG LCD Smart TV which includes Netflix and other apps for your entertainment. A Juliet balcony open out to the front of the property.
Bedroom 2 is spacious and includes 2 single beds and storage space.
Bathroom 2 includes toilet, shower over bath and sink
SECOND FLOOR-
Bedroom 3 (master bedroom) offers a large and spacious room including double bed with bed side tables, double wardrobe and storage space. The bedroom has private access to bathroom on this floor making this en suite.
The shower room is spacious and includes shower, toilet, and sink.
Bedroom 4 is a bright and airy twin room which includes a wardrobe, desk, and chair, ideal for working.
WIFI is available throughout the home with excellent speed for your business or entertainment needs. Free parking for 1 Vehicle.
