It is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven hob, and air conditioning. For entertainment there is satellite TV receiving BBC, ITV, There is a double balcony with patio furniture for 'alfresco' dining. There is an en-suite shower, plus a bathroom.

Lovely Apartment But located on top of a steeep hill.

The apartment was lovely and on a lovely complex.But up a very,very,very steep hill.Which i was told was a 10 minute walk from our coach stop at super core.But it took us two adults and two children with a suitcase each and hand luggage around 50 minutes to walk up.and up.and up.Not recomended for elderly or unfit people no buses to this location just taxis.Which is also a problem with shopping and self catering apartment nearest shop consum being a good 20 minutes down hill but a good 40 to 50 minute walk back with a shop.No good with frozen goods.Or you have to rely on a spanish very little english spoken taxi driver to get you and your shopping back adding another 8 euros on top of your shopping bill.So dont forget anything on your shopping list.Owner was fantastic with communication.Apartment was lovely,comfortable and well equipped just location let it down for central la cala de finestrat bay.

Wir haben Aufenthalt sehr genossen, alles so wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben, einzige Manko, war das wir das Aussentor nicht aufbekommen haben und wir mussten immer warten bis uns dann jemand die Tür aufmacht. Gerne immer wieder!

l appartement correspond exactement a l annonce, l ensemble de l appartement est tenu très propre, il dispose de tout ce que l on a besoin,c est calme vu l époque .on peu le recommander a d autres personnes sans craintes! trés bon séjour!

Lovely apartment

The apartment is lovely and very spacious. Cala de Finestrat is a beautiful bay just around the corner from benidorm, ideal if you want a quieter location. The bay is beautiful with some lovely places to eat and drink. The apartment is located on a hill and is about a 10 minute walk to the bay. I wouldn't recommend to anyone with walking difficulties. It is also in Block 2 which is behind block 1 and the taxi company struggled to find this and dropped us at block 1 which was a pain when we arrived as we were tired. Overall we had a lovely time.

Secteur calme, familiale.

Belle endroit maison adapté pour une famille. Cuisine bien équipée. A refaire! Ps: le seul bémol c'est la pente abrute qu'il y a en descendant pour aller a la plage, et je vous dis pas le retour, coeur sensible s'abstenir 🤪.

Bien, con el precio de este año

El apartamento en general está bien. Está totalmente pensado para personas inglesas, hasta el punto de que aunque tiene televisión, solo sintoniza a través de un aparato los canales ingleses (no las cadenas españolas). La limpieza, mal. Estaba muy sucio y lo tuvimos que limpiar nosotros (bastante sucio, francamente). Está situado cerca de la cala, pero lejos del centro de Benidor (muyyyyy lejos). La vuelta de la playa es jorobada, por que es toda cuesta arriba. Te dejas los pulmones, pero es lo de menos. El apartamento este año estaba muy barato por todo esto que está pasando. En el precio que han puesto o un poco más está muy bien. En más precio .... no lo cojería. En general, estuvimos a gusto.

The perfect base in La Cala

Stayed over the Christmas and New Year period to spend some time visiting our Dad, who lives in La Cala. The apartment was perfectly suited to entertain, visit local spots like Benidorm, Altea, Albir, guardalest and handy for a few shopping trips in Finestrat. The apartment was well equipped which is so rare for Spain- it was nice to be able to cook our Christmas Dinner with all the trimmings without having to struggle. Thanks- we would happily visit again.

Beautiful apartment

Directions were excellent on arrival the apartment was spotless clean and everything you needed. Overall our stay was fantastic. It was quite a distance from bars and beach, but we were aware of this before we stayed. We’ve been coming to the area for three years now and we love it. Great communication with Joan the owner, thank you 😊

Clean tidy spacious as seen in pictures

Property is in ideal location for them that's wanting a break away from the noise. Short stroll downhill and your at beach, restaurants etc. Lovely spacious apartment secure entry made us feel safe. Loads to see and do. 1st time we'very stayed that a side of the bay will defo be back. Thanks Joan for a wonderful holiday in your apartment and allowing us to check out late

Lovely apartment

This is a lovely apartment, very clean and has all that you need in an apartment. Just a few things to note, hot water doesn’t last long in the evening. No beach towels provided and only 1 bath and hand towel each. The pool area is very nice but there are no sun loungers provided, so you can swim but would have to sunbath on hard concrete. The main problem with apartment is a steep hill when getting back to it. We are a fit group aged between 21 to 50 but it was hard climbing the hill everyday as this apartment is set away from all bars and restaurants which are down the hill.

l annonce est mensongere .le proprietaire dis que les appartements ont une vue sur la plage alors que c est faut il y a des places de parkings c est faut .il ni a pas de cafetiere. le frigo casser c est moi meme qui l est reparer.les bars et les magasins il faut prendre la voiture pour y aller. donc luxe il faut l enlever .

Apartment was as described. Great communication between owner/key holder and us. For those needing a taxi to apartment would recommend using the one owner can provide as we got all the info and tips on this journey. We were there in June, myself husband and two kids 14 & 10. Really appreciated the extras - the books, the utility, the beach mats, umbrella and even a bucket! The gentle slope to the apartment was sometimes hard at the end of the evening - but the view walking down to the bay was fab! We had a market just round the corner from us two days. Bus service good and easy to use. Good restaurants. Again we had details of these from the owner which was great We went in June so things were not so crowded. Supermarkets and shops 5 min bus ride - were told it was walkable but would not like to attempt it in the heat. Would definetly recommend it to families looking for a quiet holiday.

"Had a fantastic week at this apartment with my husband and 4 children in the Easter hols. Description and photos don't show how spacious and accomodating this apartment is - loads of extras that as a family we really appreciated. (beach mats, sun loungers, trolley, utility room . Would highly recommend to a family. Walk to the beach easy and the resort was very Spanish, quiet and pleasant. Even had great weather in April !!! Only negative was that the pool doesn't open during April . would definately book again - probably try May next time. A very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The owner had great communication and organisation. "
