This modern, brand new villa, is the ideal gate away for your summer vacation. The Villa is located just 3 minutes walking from the famous beach of Falasarna and very close to a supermarket and restaurants. The exterior offers a private pool, a BBQ and a dinning area, where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent Falasarna sunset. Inside, the villa offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room.

This two-story villa consists of two bedrooms, one on each floor. Luxury and modern design complete the landscape of contemporary architecture and high quality products. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen featuring high quality appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a more enjoyable experience.
The villa offers a dining area for 6 people and a living room with a large flat screen smart TV. On the same floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, fully equipped to help you have relaxing moments with privacy. On the first floor, there is another double bedroom with satellite TV, private bathroom and access to the terrace where the view of the sea is amazing! The extensive use of wood and stonework inside and outside the villa combines the elegant and minimalist design that connects natural elements smoothly with modern architecture.

Outdoors, you will find a swimming pool and a lounge area with sofas that make it the perfect spot to relax while gazing at the magnificent Falasarna sunset. Close to the pool there is a dining area for moments of relaxation for you and your family, along with a barbecue and chairs.

The location of the villa is in a very ideal spot and nothing can interrupt the magnificent view of the Cretan sea and the mountains. The elevated position offers great views from the infinity pool, terrace and interior. The most famous sandy beach of Falasarna with crystal blue waters is located about 450 meters from the villa. The villa also is located 1 minute walking from a supermarket and a bakery, while also close to many taverns.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.
There is also free parking for all of our guests.

As part of your reservation, the villa offers daily breakfast for all guests and a dedicated daily cleaning service. These services are included in the price, ensuring that your stay is both relaxing and hassle-free.

Absolutely amazing

If you are looking for a luxury home with beach views and beautiful nature surroundings don’t look any further. This stay was the highlight to our visit of Crete, from the time we drove down the road and got to see the blue, crystal waters and a long sandy stretch of sand of Fallasarna beach, surrounded by very unique rock formations. We got warmly greeted by the owner of the property, walked in and just loved this stunning, modern, luxurious home. The pool was sparkling clean, saltwater and we watched some beautiful sunsets from there. The house is brand new, tastefully decorated with high end furniture and new appliances. Beds are very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and airy, every room had a large shower and split air conditioning units. The kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs. We did not have cool much, since the breakfast was included in our stay, freshly made every day from local ingredients and had a variety of menus to choose from. We also got a complimentary welcome treats, waters, local snacks and more. The owner also offers mid stay cleaning, free of charge. The location is also unbeatable with the small market next door that also belongs to the owner and has everything you need. We walked to some nearby taverns to eat, visited some great restaurants with locally sourced food, walked to the beach everyday, it’s the most beautiful beach around Crete with crystal clear refreshing water We are hoping to return one day soon.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Falasarna is located on the West coast of Crete and, is popular with day trippers because of its stunning beaches and clear turquoise blue sea.

It consists of several sandy beaches of various length, all facing the West (which makes it a wonderful place to watch the sunset from). The sea is generally very clean and with lovely colours because of the sandy bottom.

Falasarna actually consists of several beaches.
All have a fine sand and none feel super crowded even on busy days because they are so wide and long.

When you drive down to Falasarna you will see several signs pointing to the beach. You can follow any of them. You will have space to park near the beach. Once on the beach you can choose whether you want to use the sun beds and umbrellas provided (during the tourist season) or stay without. There is plenty of space without umbrellas so that you won't be relegated to some corner of the beach.

During the tourist season there are a few beach restaurants and cafés on or close to the beaches as well as a couple of small shops along the road where you could shop for basics.

Many visitors also come to Falasarna to visit the ruins of the ancient Hellenistic harbour located a little further to the North. To access them, you need to drive all the way to the end of the asphalted road and continue on a dirt track (you will see a sign pointing you in the right direction) for about 5 minutes.
