Fantastisk Cabin Getaway Erfarenhet med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet !!! Vacker, stor, mysig och avkopplande stuga perfekt beläget i Pinetop Lakes i ett lugnt område omgivet av Ponderosa tallar. Perfekt för familjer med barn eller med vänner att koppla av och ha kul. Alla är välkomna!

Två privata sovrum är nere, en med en queen size-säng och den andra med enkelsängar. Ett badrum är nere. En privat master king sovrummet är på övervåningen med ett badrum också. Ett stort öppet loft erbjuder extra sovande på en drottning hide-a-säng. Det finns också ett vänligt utrymme med ett skrivbord och en stol för att bekvämt arbeta med en bärbar dator. En andra queen hide-a-säng ligger i vardagsrummet.

Köket är utrustat med kylskåp, diskmaskin, spis, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, kaffebryggare, köksredskap och köksredskap. Tvättstugan är utrustad med tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Great Spot - Great Owners

We rented this spot for family visiting the area and Gary made the process easy. He even checked in on us with a phone call the day of arrival and the day of departure, which is always a nice personal touch. We'll definitely look to rent this place again.

Nice location but not recommended

We have stayed in many places all over the US and Europe and we hate to give bad reviews, but we feel it's only fair to give future renters a heads up. The pictures of this rental on the VRBO site are not current. We love Pinetop and the location was great. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. But many things in the house were old, broken, dirty, or all three. In spite of the cleaning fee we paid, the house and especially the carpets were very dirty. Sticky finger prints on cabinet doors. No cleaning supplies were provided for a three month stay nor was cleaning offered. There was a giant cobweb we could not reach to remove in the main room. Both sets of stairs into the house had broken steps. The wood decks and siding badly need staining. The host asked us to do a repair ourselves ( broken kitchen faucet). He also was aware that the heat in the main bedroom was not working, although he did not tell us until he asked us to be present for a repairman. Although the host offered to reimburse us for expenses, no discounts or refunds were offered us in return for these inconveniences. This rental might be worth it at a reduced price, however it seemed overpriced for the condition we found it in. We don't know the circumstances of the owners, but it seems like having a local property manager or representative would have eliminated some of the problems. We would not stay here again for the price we paid.

Christmas at Cabin

We had a nice time!, with family. Over all this was a an okay place to stay while in Pinetop. This cabin is a little bit outdated compared to the rest of the neighborhood. We couldn’t really watch TV because streaming services where not available to connect. We played a lot of family games and used our laptops to stream movies. The hot water ran out A LOT. If one person showered, we would have to wait about 1-11/2 hours for the next person to shower. There where 7 of us so that was super inconvenient. Also we noticed several spiderwebs throughout the inside of the home. We also had to run out and buy mugs because the mugs in the cupboard where very dusty and stuck to the bottom of the cabinets. I’d say it wasn’t a great value. But we don’t usually stay in cabins. I know I saw others in the area for a total less than what we paid, I don’t know what they look like inside but certainly they had been really well taken care of on the outside. This place has a lot of Places to sleep so if you have a big family it might work.

Nice working vacation location

The property was just as described and in the perfect location for us. The WiFi was great and we were able to work remotely from the property with no issues. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch, walking in the quiet neighborhood and fishing at the nearby lakes. I would stay here again.

An excellent find!

Excellent find!! Gary and Judee, the owners, were gracious hosts and very responsive. Cabin was Fully furnished, detailed instructions and directions made it easy for a great 31st anniversary In a cozy getaway. Minutes away from stores and hiking trails in the pines.

This was absolutely fantastic, porch swing, great birds and beautiful weather. could not ask for anything better. Interior of house was beautiful. the best thing was the stuffed elephant above the door.... loved it...

Wonderful mountain cabin experience

We enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed. Nice neighborhood. Peaceful surroundings, but when we did see neighbors they were very friendly. Loved the paved streets for jogging and bike riding. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect in Pinetop

An entirely easy process. The property was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood. All we had to bring were our clothes, golf clubs, and food. I would wholeheartly recommend this place.

Beautiful home, personable owners

The cabin is beautiful and in a lovely neighborhood. It's well appointed and the porch is amazing. Gary was very kind and easy to talk to regarding any requests, questions or issues. Our family really enjoyed the home and nearby lakes - highly recommend. The only downside we saw was how early the checkout time is. 10am is a bit on the early side for getting our kids fed, packed, and willingly moving during summer. Thank you Gary for the lovely "distanced vacation". 😁

We had a very enjoyable time at this property. We were able to relax on the porch and the porch swing was a perfect place for my daughter to sit and read. The property had everything we needed. The host was very easy to communicate with and was accommodating to our circumstances with quick response time

Great for families

The cabin is in Pinetop Country Club and close to lots of great hiking. It sleeps ten, which was perfect for my husband, me and our daughter and two grandsons. Everything is provided and Gary is awesome at responding quickly to any questions. We loved our four day getaway from the Phoenix heat!

What we needed

This little cabin is beautiful!!!!! We needed to get the kids out and disconnected for a weekend and this was perfect!!!! Clean and ready to go! Hiking, fishing and tons of things to do near by. We can’t wait to plan another trip!
