Residenza Felix is located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator, right in the heart of Viareggio, close to several shops, and just 5 minutes' walk from the beach.
Furnished in a modern style, the apartment is bright, airy, and set on a single level. It can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Included Internet Wifi. The living room and all the bedrooms are equipped with internal heating/cooling air vents.
All the household appliances are electric, so please not use them all together simultaneously otherwise the electricity could fail. Pets are not allowed and there is not a private parking.
The apartment consists of a modern kitchen, fully equipped with: induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and a breakfast table with two seats.
Next to the kitchen there is a bright living area, furnished with a sofa, an extendable dining table for up to 6 people, and a terrace with sea view in the distance.
The sleeping area is located along the corridor, and consists of 2 double bedrooms (including one with a balcony with washer-dryer) and 1 twin bedroom (with two single beds).
Lastly, you will find 2 bathrooms both with shower and some precious marbles finishes.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
