Lovely house with large outdoor spaces just a few steps from Mondello beach.



The house, which spreads over two levels, opens onto the large living room divided into a living area furnished with armchairs, comfortable sofas and bookcase cabinet with television, and a dining area. The independent kitchen is well equipped and complete with an oven, dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine, kettle and microwave. The ground floor sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single one. A bathroom with a shower and a laundry room complete the floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two additional bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, the first furnished with a queen-size bed and the second with a queen-size bed and a single one.

The jewel of the villa is the large outdoor space full of greenery and equipped with a dining table and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying excellent meals outdoors.

Guests will have air conditioning throughout the accommodation, independent heating for colder days, and free Wi-Fi.



Guests will benefit from two outdoor parking slots inside the property.
