An 18th century VENETIAN STILE VILLA on the west side of Lake Garda, facing the small harbour of Toscolano Maderno. The apartment, on the third floor of the main building serviced by an elevator, is very big: 2 double and 1 triple bedrooms, a separate kitchen, 2 fully-equipped bathrooms with shower and a large area with dining and living space. This apartment has air conditioning and heating (free of charge). Soulér 2 has free access to the house historical garden, surrounded on three sides by the lake, where tables, chairs and sun beds are available. A nice BBQ is also available in the garden. The garden has to be shared with other guests of different apartments in the same house.

Eine sehr schöne und großzügige Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht auf den See. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Verwalterin Patrizia und dem Vermieter.

Gardasee

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, schön. Der garten ist sehr gepflegt, mit eigenem kleinen Zugang zum See ist diese Ferienwohnung sehr schön. Im Sommer soll es richtig schön sein. Die Wohnung hatte während unser Aufenthalt Stromprobleme, die Sicherung ist immer wieder rausgeflogen. Es gibt ein Aufzug, der aber extrem langsam ist. Die dritte Etage ist nicht zu schwer durch die Treppe zu erreichen, nur mit Koffern und Einkäufe braucht man ihn. Bei der Abfahrt funktionierte der Aufzug gar nicht. So müssten wir unser Koffern selbst runtertragen. Ansonsten fanden wir die Wohnung zu kühl, die Klimaanlagen waren auf 19 Grad gestellt und ist es nicht gelungen die Temperatur hoch zu stellen. Das Wetter mit viel Regen und die sehr hohe Feuchtigkeit macht die Wohnung sehr kühl. WLAN funktionierte nur im Wohnzimmer, wo das Gerät war, in den Schlafzimmern nicht. Wir haben aber die Tage am Gardasee genossen. Und Frau Patrizia ist eine sehr nette, freundliche Empfängerin. Sie war auch immer schnell erreichbar.

Great location, kind and supportive property manager, lovely garden. Wish the beds were more comfortable and the air conditioning units all worked. Unique old and special building. One of a kind experience.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche hier. Die Wohnung ist zwar alt aber alle Geräte Möbel etc. einwandfrei. Wir haben es besonders genossen auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken und auf den Liegen, die zur Wohnung gehören zu entspannen. Besonders plus waren die guten Parkplätzen und ein Aufzug im Haus( besonders bei einer Wohnung im dritten Stock)

Wundervolle 14 Tage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem eindrucksvollen Haus! Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von Patrizia empfangen, die uns alles erklärt und gezeigt hat. Bei Fragen konnten wir sie immer kontaktieren und sie hat uns direkt geholfen. Die Wohnung in der 3. Etage ist mit 160 qm sehr schön groß. Die Betten waren hervorragend und dank der Klimageräte konnte man es gut bei der Hitze aushalten. Die Wohnung hat kleine Fenster, daher ist es manchmal etwas dunkel. Man hat aber von fast allen Fenstern aus einen tollen Blick auf den Garten, den Hafen und den See! Herrlich! Wir haben es sehr genossen, den wundervollen Garten zu nutzen, dort zu grillen und den Ausblick zu genießen. Die Nähe zum See und den Stränden ist toll. Fußläufig ist eine Pizzeria zu erreichen. Zum Supermarkt benötigt man allerdings ein Auto. Die Lage am Hafen ist sehr schön. Der Ort Toscolano ist touristisch nicht so überlaufen. Man trifft auf viele einheimische Menschen, was wir sehr schön finden! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Hele mooie vakantiewoning aan het water

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement. Mooi gelegen, met riante tuin en een klein strandje, vanwaar je het water in kan ( wel beplating in het water). Het ontvangst door Patrica was erg gastvrij. Een klein minpuntje is de rioollucht in de omgeving. Dat ruik je overal.

Very nice holiday

We have enjoyed our stay with 3 grown up children. The garden is lovely where you can see the harbour and lake. The appartment was large enough for 6 people where 3 couples can have privacy in their own bedroom and share the rest of the space together. From the house a beautiful view. We had to walk 6 stairs (no problem for us), but there is a small elevator. With beautiful weather it is really a pleasant place.

Toller Garten in toller Lage

Tolle Lage, Strand, schöne Stadt, Hafen, tolle Wanderziele, Eis, Bäcker, Restaurant - fußläufig erreichbar. Nette Hausbetreuerin. Wunderschönes Haus, wunderschöner Garten. Die Wohnung selbst hat ihren Reiz, ist sehr groß, oben unter dem Dach, dadurch aber recht dunkel, Küche etwas muffig riechend und nicht so besonders gut ausgestattet. Dafür aber bequeme Betten und ein tolles Flair.

Tolle Lage direkt am See

Schönes zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Apartment, es war alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Sehr schön angelegter Garten, mit zugewiesenem Sitzplatz. Der Seezugang gleich vom Garten aus war super für uns und unseren mitgereisten Vierbeiner. Man sollte aber schon gut zu Fuß sein, die Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in ca. 20 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar sind. Alles in allem eine schöne Urlaubswoche.

Beautiful old house right at the like

The garden is absolutely fabulous, right at the lake, with a view on Toscolano's little harbour and this gorgeous old house... The apartment is spacious and we had a great time there with 4 little kids. However, we were a bit out of luck that the weather wasn't great and we had to spend more time in the apartment than we normally would. And it turned out that it's quite dark due to the small windows. I'm sure it's great when it's really hot outside that it doesn't heat up inside. But raining outside, it was a bit dark & a bit cold. Overall however, it is a very special place.

Charming 17th Century Villa on the Shore of Lake Garda

This spacious apartment occupies the third "loft" floor of a villa built some time in the 1600s. Facts and features in the owner's listing are accurate. The windows shown in the listing photographs look out onto the lake, the small private boat harbor, and the villa's private garden. There are modern conveniences, including an elevator, wi-fi and cable TV, but the overall feeling is rustic-but-comfortable. The kitchen is simple but functional; we cooked breakfast every day of our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay would not hesitate to return.

Lovely stay

Check in was great, the woman who met us was very lovely and took the time to tell us about local markets and where to go. It's much quieter on this side of Lake Garda. The place was very spacious for the four of us staying there. The garden is lovely, and there's a nice beach about a 3-5min walk away. For parking they gave us a pass, which was great (you park in the soccer field). The AC wasn't working, but the place retained its cold very well and it wasn't necessary with the windows open at night. There's a nice bbq out in the yard and there are cushions to lounge on outside. We would definitely come back!

Villa mit Charme

Die Wohnung ( Souler 2 ) war sehr schön und groß genug für uns ( 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder ).Die Einrichtung ist passend zum Gebäude sehr rustikal. Der Garten ist wunderschön mit einem kleinen ( steinigen) Strandzugang, Sitzplätzen für die jeweiligen Wohnungen und Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Wohnung ist in einer wenig touristischen Lage, wobei wir es so mochten. Der Parkplatz ist 50 m entfernt, wobei man zum ein-/ausladen auch direkt vor das Haus fahren kann. Auch mit den Gastgebern hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Patrizia war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Ein toller erholsamer Urlaub

Die Wohnung souler 2 war perfekt für uns 5 (Eltern und 3 Kinder). Sie ist direkt unter dem Dach und hat mega Charme. Der Ausblick auf den gardasee lässt keine wünsch offen. Wir hatten einen kleinen privaten Strand direkt am Garten. Leider hatte der gardasee zu wenig Wasser. Aber direkt ums Eck war noch ein kleiner Strand, den Einheimische benutzen. Perfekt zum abkühlen und rausschwimmen. Ein großer Strand ist auch fußläufig erreichbar (5min). Toscolano ist ein tolles Örtchen, an dem man viel entdecken kann. Die Zimmer in der Wohnung haben alle Klimaanlage. Auch die Betreuung durch Patrizia war super. 👍🏻

Traumhafter Urlaub am Gardasee

Unsere Wohnung in der alten Villa war im 3. Stock (Aufzug vorhanden) und wir haben Urlaub sehr genossen. Patrizia kümmerte sich um jedes kleine Problemchen (Internet war einmal ausgefallen) und war per WhatsApp erreichbar. Die Lage direkt am Gardasse mit Terasse ist wunderschön. Zu Fuß sind viele Restaurants erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder.
