Thank you so much. I wont go into detail but I will repeat that I hope you can come back during better times. I do believe part of you both had a good time but part of your brain did not. Guess what. The elevator is now fixed but I say knock on wood because I never know for how long. I stick with I cant guarantee it. And since our fitness room was destroyed due to flooding during the texas freeze, we dont charge for the free treadmill (Stairs LOL) Thank you again for your great review.

We were in town for work and wanted to stay somewhere more interesting than a hotel. This place was perfect! The host was easy to contact, the place had everything we needed, and the view was spectacular! Definitely somewhere I would want to stay again.

Took a surprise weekend trip for my grand babies first trip the beach. This is an absolute great location with an awesome view. We watched dolphins playing while we sat on the balcony. I love the area, so much to do and see. Roxana was awesome and quick to respond when I had questions. Also, before arrival she sent me weather forecast for the weekend and when the weather changed and lightning was detected in the area she sent a message to warn us that it was not safe and to go indoors. I will be back hopefully soon!

I was so excited when you told me it was the babys first trip to the ocean and when you saw the dolphins. They are available on mornings with low wind. Thank you again and hope to hear from you soon. Fantastic beachfront location, private balcony directly facing the uncrowded beach, with a great of of the WWII aircraft carrier USS Lexington. Charming condo, very clean, and showing some wear. Host was very kind, thank you for a lovely stay!

I am very upset. I was amazing and yet I get 3 stars and kicked out of the Club. I dont know why I even try. She didnt even say what went wrong. I clearly say in my listing that I am only responsible for communication and the condo itself. BUT I GET 3 STARS. I GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!

If my math is correct, I just need one more 5 star review to be back in the premier host club. Thank you so much Pedro for helping me get closer. Several years ago I decided that I love communicating with guests, I loved taking money from guests but I did not like to clean. I hired someone but I have much higher standards. So I did this experiment that I wont charge a cleaning fee if you clean it the way you found it. It has worked very well over the years. Most times, like today, I think its actually cleaner than I left it. Thank you so so much. And thank you by drying out the balcony rugs when we got a sudden strong downpour. Also I brought another vacuum cleaner that works. Sorry about that.

Because of that one star review, I now only need 5 more 5 star reviews. So thank you, thank you again. I am also glad that you enjoyed my recommendation of Pier 99. I dont know if the live music is every night and if the music is only in the summer but I think it adds to the amazing view and the general ambience. Condo was small, but it's fine because you are there for the beach. We couldnt stay due to sensitivity of movement after a TBI, but the host was accompdating and wonderful!

I also think how small the world is that one of my ancestors moved to a county near where you live in 1804. I had no control, however. over the almost 100 degree days which makes the water and the air conditioned condo just fine. Thank you again so much.

The host was so sweet and friendly. She recommended restaurants prior to the trip and checked in on our wellbeing when it appeared a storm may be blowing in. Beautiful view from the balcony and vacation themed decor. Plus, the USS Lexington is right outside the balcony to the right! The main reason we wanted to visit.

Great balcony view

I am so thankful for the 5 star review. I learned never to put toilet tabs in the toilet tank when you called that the toilet wasn't working. Although my husband brought all his tools and was there in 30 minutes, we were so glad it was the tab trapped under the flapper and could be fixed so quickly and without more down time.. WHO KNEW. Guests teach me so much and I appreciate it. Thank you again.

This is definitely an older property, but is being renovated nicely. The little bungalow was perfect for our quick trip to Corpus Christi. We had everything we needed and sitting on the balcony with the great view of the golf was awesome. It was very easy to get a response from the owner when needed. Being on the corner away from the elevators and the hallway made for a quiet stay.

Great Hospitality and cozy condo!

Roxana was an amazing host! She was always going above and beyond to make sure our trip went smoothly and we had a great time. She was always very quick to respond and had a great sense of humor 🙂 The condo was very cozy and felt like home. We will definitely be visiting again in the future!

Wanted more Sands of Time

We had 4 adults and one 3yr.old and the size of the apartment was perfect! What we really enjoyed was the beautiful beach scene right off the balcony & the closeness to the beach! Rox communicated with us very easily and promptly if we had any questions. We definitely want to come back!

our stay at sands of time was excellent. they are updating this complex daily. view of beach was breath taking. can walk to several restaurants on the beach. our favorite was blackbeards. communication with roxann was excellent. kitchen had everything. checkin was easy as pie.

This has got to stop. I tell guests to clean like they found it not BETTER THAN THEY FOUND IT (LOL). As with almost all my guests, you are now my friend. Now that I have my balcony back one of my repeat guests will be back soon. She sent me a picture of her when she stayed at the villa when she was in 7th grade. She and her 4 children used to come 2 to 3 times a year for the last 5 years or more but was afraid to come when there was no balcony. Her first time she said she would bring her own linens. The second time I did not provide linens and she asked where they were. She then trusted that I indeed had clean linens. Also one time she stayed in another condo and was not happy at all. I miss her and my other friends but I have made another friend. Thank you Vickie.

2019 Vacation.

Our stay at this condo was awsome. The landlord even left us a little gift. The condo was clean and the beach view was perfect. The landlord was quick to respond to text messages and emails. We will definitely stay here again.

Best View

Roxanas great customer service started before we even arrived. The view is AMAZING and its within walking distance to a lot of stuff. There were 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 children, and we had plenty of room. We will definitely be back.
