Wonderful location to explore Erice, Trapani, and surroundings. Francesca was amazing and had pizza for us when arrived after some flight delays.

Quiet villa with plenty of room

The villa was located in a quiet area but as we had a car everything was accessible within 30 minutes driving. Our host was fantastic to deal with and was on hand to answer any questions

We loved the house

Anna and Francesca were great hosts. They were prompt in responding to your questions and made excellent suggestions when it came to places to visit. The property includes a beautiful garden and pool, and we enjoyed both. We highly recommend the property but also want to say again what a joy it was to meet Francesca.

Charming

Beautiful house. Very well maintained. Helpful hosts. Lovely garden. Acs everywhere. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Only issue is parking. Streets are very narrow and you need to park very close to the side of the road, which can be tricky, especially with stick shift on a hill. This is, of course, not under the control of the owners, but something to take into account.

Un piacevolissimo ritorno.

Meravigliosa villa e splendido giardino. Sono tornato per la quarta volta in questa struttura insieme a mia moglie e come ogni volta non posso che consigliare villa Fontana. Wunderschöne, restaurierte alte Villa am Hang, umgeben von einem botanischen Garten, Zitrus-u. KakibĂ€umen und einem Olivenhain. Ruhige, abgeschiedene Lage, schöner Pool (nur fĂŒr Schwimmer! Beautiful tranquil villa with a view

We absolutely adored our stay at the villa. The pool was perfect and the views all around were spectacular. Francesca was a fantastic host, giving us great suggestions for nearby restaurants, activities, things to see etc. she was also readily available for any questions. Lovely Villa in a Great Location

Great communication meant a smooth arrival, an easy hour or so drive from Palermo airport to a friendly welcome. The villa is comfortable, well appointed and spotlessly clean, the pool was wonderful. In a great location, with easy access to Erice and the coast, and several excellent restaurants. We have no hesitation in recommending Villa Fontana for a relaxing holiday.

Villa splendida per un piacevole weekend di relax

Come quasi tutti gli anni, io e mia moglie siamo tornati a trascorrere un weekend primaverile in questa splendida villa. Che dire, il paesaggio ed il giardino non ci deludono mai, e neanche l'ospitalitĂ  delle proprietarie. Quest'anno una piacevole sorpresa: la casa Ăš stata ammodernata ulteriormente con nuovi impianti di riscaldamento e rinfrescamento e con un restyling delle aspetto esterno in piena coerenza con il contesto tipico siciliano ottocentesco. Il soggiorno Ăš stato molto piacevole e rilassante, torneremo ancora sicuramente. Un caro saluto a Cristina e Francesca Calogero

TrĂšs belle villa dans un beau parc, notre coup de cƓur parmi nos locations en Sicile. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© vraiment bien accueillis par Francesca. Ses conseils avant et durant notre sĂ©jour, sa gentillesse, la petite surprise Ă  notre arrivĂ©e dans le congĂ©lateur. Vraiment c'Ă©tait top. Une adresse Ă  conserver, une villa plus grande est Ă  louer juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, c'est bon Ă  savoir si nous revenons plus nombreux.

A perfect stay at a classic villa

We loved the entire stay: the house, the grounds, the pool as well as the tips and care offered by Francesca. It is a quiet location and well equipped for cooking. We could see the sunset on the rock at San Vito Lo Capo from the property. Beaches were all within a 30 minute drive. And, Francesca was very resourceful and even helped us resolve a medical problem! In short, we couldn’t have wished for a better week in Trapani, Sicily.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful part of Sicily

This beautiful, historic house was the perfect place for a girls’ getaway to Sicily. The house is spacious and comfortable and the grounds are even more beautiful than in the pictures. Francesca was a delightful host and very helpful and communicative. There are no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance, so a car or a driver is necessary, but Francesca is happy to make all arrangements. We loved our stay overall and would happily go back!

Amazing Villa

Amazing stay. Beautiful surroundings and gardens, with fruit trees and olive trees. Villa was clean and comfortable. The host could not have done more for us. Anything we needed she was at hand to help us. We decided not to drive (in hind sight we probably should have had a car) - as difficult access to most places. However the host helped us with taxis, food delivery and information for the area. Pool was beautiful, quiet and all to ourselves! Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

Belle villa dans un environnement magnifique

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Francesca et Cristina. La maison Ă©tait conforme Ă  sa description. La vue magnifique et le parc trĂšs agrĂ©able et calme. Un petit bĂ©mol Ă©tait l’accĂšs Ă  l’espace extĂ©rieur qui n’était pas de plein pied car le logement est Ă  l’étage mais ce n’était pas non plus trĂšs dĂ©rangeant. Un petit complĂ©ment de vaisselle, notamment de verres serait nĂ©cessaire pour ne pas avoir Ă  faire tourner le lave vaisselle Ă  chaque repas.

Beautiful villa with amazing garden and pool

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa and everything was perfect: the pool, the garden, the house was spacious and equipped with all the basics (coffee maker, toaster, utensils, pots/pans etc.), the view (of Erice and the sea), and it's centrally located to many attractions in the area. We will highly recommend this little piece of heaven to all of our friends. Most importantly, Francesca was an amazing host - she left us coffee, wine, and pastries to enjoy. (Also, she gave us many recommendations about great restaurants, places, beaches, restaurants, and stores to visit in the area). That was such a nice, sweet touch especially since we arrived on a late Sunday afternoon. Grazie mille!

Location ottima per visitare molti luoghi della provincia, Erice, Segesta, San Vito Lo capo, tutti luoghi a pochi chilometri. Villa confortevole e ben attrezzata. Anche l'area esterna e la piscina hanno un fascino eccezionale. Credo ritornerĂČ a trovarvi! A Presto

Great castle-like villa with lovely grounds and private pool

The villa was huge for the four of us, with a lovely deep pool, set in beautiful gardens which are shared with the second "castle". The two villas are very private though as they each have their own pool set well apart amongst the trees. The trees also provide lots of afternoon shade around the pool. The accommodation is upstairs with lovely views across to Erice and Cofano National Reserve. Parking is on the street but there are no other cars around so not a problem at all. Francesca was great, providing us plenty of information about the local beaches, attractions, restaurants and supermarkets as well as some tasty local treats! Wifi worked fine and the three double bedrooms had air-conditioning that worked well. Some of the furniture could do with updating but did not detract from this being a great family villa and we had a lovely relaxing week.

Beautiful property and easy drive to many places in western Sicily!

We LOVED staying in this property and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone interested in a perfect place to stay with easy access via car to many adventures! The hostesses were wonderful and highly responsive to us during our extended stay! We hope to come back someday!

Quiet and comfortable

Lovely property on a large lot with an orchard and lots of greenery, the villa also has a pool and an outdoor kitchen, including BBQ. The place is fully updated with good bathrooms and kitchen. Lots of light, too. We had no problem parking on street. Roads adjacent to the villa are tight, but typical of small villages in Italy. Great hostesses! Go to nearby Ristorante Sirena as recommended! It is super. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend a stay here.

A good base with lots of places to visit. Very comfortable accommodation. Francesca and Christina so kind and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them to make your stay everything you want it to be. If you want beautiful countryside, a stunning botanical garden to walk around and fancy living in a small castle then this is the place for you.
