Ett fantastiskt hus som har allt du behöver för en trevlig och skön semester. Vi var tvÄ vuxna och tre barn och det passade oss perfekt. NÀra till shopping och strand. Fint och lugnt poolomrÄde. Huset var jÀttefint, modernt och frÀscht och det fanns allt vi kunde tÀnkas behöva under vÄr vistelse. KvÀllarna pÄ takterassen var oslagbara. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka.

Excellent

Very lovely house, modern fresh and clean and superbly equipped. Prime location with Zenia boulevard, saturday market, bars and restaurants just around the corner. Walking distance to the beach allthough we also prefered taking the car and try a few of the other neaby beaches. All in the distance of a few minutes drive. Everything was excellent from the start, from booking to check out. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to come back again some day.

Vill ge vĂ€ldigt varma ord om detta boende. VĂ€lskött, trevligt, rent och snyggt, perfekt för barnfamiljen med nĂ€ra lĂ€ge bĂ„de till shopping och nĂ„gra minuters bilkörning till stranden. Mycket fint poolomrĂ„de, minus att poolen inte var uppvĂ€rmd, annars helt perfekt. Trevligt mottagande och vĂ€lkomnande. ÅtervĂ€nder gĂ€rna hit fler gĂ„nger och kan varmt rekommendera detta vidare till andra barnfamiljer.

Fantastic apartment

Absolutely brilliant, clean, comfortable, family friendly, great location, near to all amenities, would not hesitate in recommending to others. Ideally located and has a lovely pool. There is everything you need in the apartment, well-furnished and very comfortable. Two patios to enjoy sitting outside plus the magnificent rooftop terrace. Enjoying a glass of wine up there under a clear starlit sky is harmoniously relaxing after a "hard" day in the sun. During our stay it was calm and quiet during the nights, far enough away from busy streets. The huge shopping complex, La Zenia, is merely minutes away on foot. There are shops, bars and restaurants in abundance. Furthermore, several grocery stores reachable within minutes, with huge selection of food etc. if you want to do in-house cooking. The beaches are reachable by foot, 15-20 minutes. Lovely walkways run along the coast where you can walk for hours. You're here to play golf? Between 15-30 minutes driving you'll reach some of the best courses. Ballesteros and Nicklaus designed. The owners are charming helpful and very professional, would recommend a stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Huset Àr vÀldigt fint med bra planlösning. Takterrassen Àr kanon som alternativ till poolen och att vara pÄ kvÀllen. Det Àr bra standard och ordning pÄ omrÄdet. NÀrheten till köpcentret Àr bra för middagar, spelhall för barnen mm. Servicen frÄn Àgaren, Jesper Persson, Àr riktigt bra!

Superb vacation house in perfect location!

2 couples with 2 small children who stayed in this fantastic house for a week last summer! Everything was truly 5-star from the cleanliness, beds, kitchen with supplies, biiig TV with almost 100 different european channels, great solarium, best pool area either of us have ever been too, fantastic service by owner etc etc etc. I simply cant praise it enough. We have already booked a 2-week stay for this year! Cant wait to go back! : -)

Fantastic location. 4 minute walk to la zenia boulevard. Lots of great beaches. We Hired a car so it was easy to get about and could park car in gated complex but plenty of free parking everywhere. Fab market on saturdays just up road near chinese restaurant. Property had everything you need for your stay. We just got back from a week there & complex quiet but we expect when full could get busy round the pool area. If you want to sit round the pool area there are chairs supplied in property for you to take.

The property on the whole was ok. A few things we didn't like, the fact that you had to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the roof terrace also, more shade could be provided on the roof terrace. We thought that there were two bathrooms with showers but we may have misinterpreted on initial reading. The microwave was positioned on a high shelf which was impossible and dangerous to reach. We mentioned it just over halfway into our holiday to the cleaner who just happened to be working next door and he did come in and moved it to the work top which was better, if a bit crowded trying to use microwave, kettle and toaster in a small space. More sockets needed in kitchen area.

We adore this property, with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on.The property is clean, comfortable welcoming and within a gated community. Love the swimming pool and proximity to both beach and huge shopping centre. Ideal location. Our second visit and certainly not our last. Would highly recommend.

September 2023 holiday

We had a great time staying at this villa and we are a family with a 16 year old, 7 year old and 2 year old. Villa has spacious, clean and really well kept. There was tea coffee and sugar on arrival which was lovely. The pool and pool area was lovely and clean and there’s was a shallow bit that was just the right height for our 2 year old to have a paddle. Was only a short stay for us this time but will definitely be booking for next year. Thank you very much!

The host was lovely it was a shame the neighbours were selective with how they were on the day. Complaining about is doing things that others were doing and wasn’t being told off for. We kind of felt we were being watched all the time
