The Devonshire Loft is an elegantly presented, one-bedroom apartment within an easy stroll of both the town centre and Eastbourne seafront.

Available for stays of a minimum of three months, this stylish property is ideal for corporate stays or couples trying out the area while finding their permanent home.

The Devonshire Loft is set on the third/top floor, with no lift, so would not suit those with mobility issues.

The living space is beautifully presented, with two sofas, a Smart TV (which includes Freeview channels as well as internet-based options) and a stylish, handmade dining table that can seat four if you have visitors.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped, with a double oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine and a washer-dryer.

The tranquil bedroom has a kingsize bed and a wall of mirrored sliding doors, hiding stacks of wardrobe and storage space.

A contemporary bathroom has a good-sized walk in shower, and bed linen plus regular towels (pack your beach towels) are provided.

Parking is on street and daily permits can be provided (ask us for details/price), although there are some free-of-charge street parking areas within a short walk.

The apartment has a fantastic location, with Eastbourne's shops, bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk in one direction, and the seafront and theatres a similar distance the opposite way. The world-renowned Devonshire Park Tennis Centre is also on your doorstep - home to the pre-Wimbledon international championships.
