Villa Molletta is located in a strategic area of Punta Ala: only a 10-minute walk from the white beaches and 200 meters from essential services such as a supermarket, bakery, cafeteria and gastronomy. It is a partially renovated villa with a large private garden, ideal for up to 9 guests (5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) with the possibility of parking 2 cars on the property, one of which is covered.
The villa is accessed by crossing the front garden and develops over two floors.
On the ground floor guests will find a large living room with fireplace (working), a dining area and a large covered terrace for eating outside during the whole vacation. There is also the well equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a brand new bathroom with 'walk-in' shower.
In addition there are a large storage room and a practical washing area with external sink.
From the living room a comfortable staircase leads to the first floor with a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, the second completely renovated bathroom with shower and a solarium.
The outdoor facilities in the garden are numerous and give the possibility to spend your holidays in the open air in complete comfort: garden on two levels with a sunny part and a part in the shade of two centuries-old pine trees, brick barbecue, covered terrace with table and chairs, second dining area in the garden with table and chairs, sun loungersâŠ
Villa Molletta is also equipped with a large 42" TV with Sky SAT connection, WiFi, air conditioning in all bedrooms (except the room with the bunk bed), fans in the other rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, pod coffee machine, kettleâŠ
