The actual pictures did not match the listing we stayed at and there is zero here to support the title âsuperior studio.â One positive- The location was good and apt was clean. Walking into the building there was a large suitcase that never moved from its position, to the right of the front door. One of floor lamps had no shade: TV was not working because it kept asking me to update things. The hanging rods in the living room are only reachable if the person is over 6ft tall. Our picture for booking showed it in the bedroom. The sink faucet wasnât attached to counter. The inside windows would open 4in & the second set of windows did not stay open without being propped up by a toilet paper roll. The fan that had no table to provide comfort -only worked on one setting, while sitting on the floor. The bathroom lighting is horrible- 2 small puck lights from above & well behind where u stand at the sink. 1 outlet that only allows shavers. Where were we supposed to plug in the hairdryer? The mirror is low & small, with the built in shelf slightly blocking the very small sink. Additionally the toilet paper holder was wobbly & not secure. Quality of linens were below mediocre. They were stained, thread bare and rough. The metal threshold on floor was not secure to entrance of bathroom, which scratched my wifeâs foot. We requested 180 refund. And despite their âinternal investigationâ we were refunded only 56 per their fraudulent misrepresentation.
