Our vacation villa is perfect for a large family, grandparents with children and grandchildren, or befriended couples. With a heated private pool, it's the ideal place to relax and find refreshment. The modern open kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including an American fridge, a gas stove (5 burners) and 2 hot air ovens, and a dishwasher. The 2 rooms on the ground floor can be ventilated but do not offer an outdoor view.

Almost every bedroom in our villa has a private bathroom, guaranteeing the privacy and comfort of each of our guests.

Our villa has 1 room with 4 beds and all other rooms have a double bed and a private bathroom. The spacious living area with open kitchen and two separate toilets complete the picture.

Our holiday villa boasts three beautiful terraces to enjoy the wonderful climate of Provence. The first terrace is located at the level of the heated private pool, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The second terrace, located next to the living room under a pergola, is ideal for a cozy meal with family and friends.

The third terrace, situated behind the villa, offers a quiet and peaceful place to relax and is also the perfect spot to enjoy the cooler temperatures during the warm summer months.

Super malgré quelques détails a améliorer

La maison est conforme à la description faite dans l’annonce. Les chambres sont spacieuses tout comme les salles de bain attenantes. La literie est bonne. Les chambres du rdc sont des chambres sans ouvertures vers l’extérieur, il y fait donc très chaud. C’est d’ailleurs étrange, car les fenêtres sont présentes mais rebouchées. Le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer, et la maison manque d’entretien (tapisserie qui se décolle, peintures abîmées, appliques de la terrasse cassée, barrière de protection de la terrasse qui est branlante …). C’est vraiment dommage parce que la maison est superbe! Les deux terrasses permettent de profiter de l’extérieur en fonction de l’ensoleillement, c’est très agréable. La terrasse arrière où se trouve le barbecue est extrêmement sale (le sol est totalement gras à cause des cuissons). La cuisine est très bien équipée. La maison est spacieuse et offre beaucoup de mobilier (tables, chaises, canapés). La vue sur le jardin et la piscine est magnifique! La piscine était très sale à notre arrivée (tout comme le petit bassin à côté). Nous avons contacté le propriétaire qui a immédiatement envoyé quelqu’un pour arranger ça. Belle réactivité de sa part. Nous avons séjourné dans cette belle maison une semaine avec adultes, enfants et ados et c’était idéal! Tout le monde a réussi à y trouver sa place. La piscine chauffée nous a permis de bien profiter. Attention à l’attaque des tans à la tombée de nuit à cause des animaux aux alentours.

Spacieuse, bien équipée, calme, confortable, belle vue

Spacieuse villa, bien équipée, terrasses très agréable, jolie vue sur les environs, à 2km du village et à 15 minutes env. des lacs de Ste Croix et Esparron. Nous y avons passé deux très belles semaines. Stijn a été très réactif et n'est passé à la maison seulement lorsque c'était nécessaire.

Sejour villa Allemagne-en-Provence

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa. Très bien équipée et très confortable, la maison a permis à notre groupe de 14 personnes de passer une très bonne semaine de vacances au calme, avec une belle vue sur les environs.

Gillade: Incheckning och plats

Un secteur très calme et agréable mais quelques surprises

Le propriétaire étant en Belgique, personne pour nous accueillir, simplement un code pour l'entrée transmis par mail. Concernant la wifi, ne pas utiliser les codes fournis par mail, ça ne fonctionne pas. On trouve sur place les bons codes sur une feuille manuscrite. 1ère surprise importante, les fenêtres des deux chambres du bas sont murées Donc aucun moyen d'aérer et aucune luminosité en journée. A l'étage, il y a une chambre sans armoire avec un interrupteur défectueux. Suite à un problème de panne électrique, nous avons appelé deux numéros indiqués sur le classeur d'informations (l'un pour l'électricien et l'autre pour la piscine). Les deux interlocuteurs nous ont indiqué qu'ils ne travaillaient plus avec le propriétaire. Deux numéros de téléphone belges étaient indiqués pour joindre le propriétaire, aucun n'a répondu, nous avons dû nous débrouiller par nos propres moyens. La maison est indiquée avoir un sèche linge... nous ne l'avons pas trouvé ! La piscine n'est pas chauffée et était très sale à notre arrivée. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps à la nettoyer avant utilisation. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre de la cuisine, le robinet est trop haut, ce qu'y empêche l'ouverture ! La veille du départ, le propriétaire nous a proposé par sms de rester une journée de plus mais ce n'était pas possible pour nous. Le jour du départ, problème d'évacuation sur le lave vaisselle. Il nous a fallut réparer pour éviter d'inonder. Personne n'est venu pour le départ. Nous avons donc simplement fermé la porte. Malgré tout cela, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Nous avons apprécié de nous retrouver en famille dans cette grande maison très agréable à vivre. Même à Noël nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse. Le paysage est magnifique.

Superbe logement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette propriété spacieuse. Il est rare de trouver un logement avec 7 chambres et avec ses propres salle de bain/wc. Cuisine bien équipée, rien ne manquait pour passer un bon séjour. Le coin piscine est très sympa mais nous l'avons pas utilisé car ce n'était plus la saison. Le tout avec un rapport qualité-prix très intéressant. Nous avons fait de très belles randonnées dans la région, surtout dans le Verdon. A découvrir absolument !

Superbe Location

La maison est un peu isolée mais il y a tout ce qui faut pour passer un bon séjour.Les balades sont sympa.Un petit problème : la piscine qui n'était pas chauffée à notre arrivée.

een ontspannen vakantieweekje met familie

Hebben dit huis voor de meivakantie geboekt. Met 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Het is een fijn huis, dat compleet en voldoende is qua inrichting. Alles wat je maar nodig denkt te hebben is aanwezig in de keuken. Ook erg fijn is dat iedereen een eigen badkamer tot zijn beschikking heeft. Genoten van het zwembad en lekker ontspannen gelegen op de stoelen. Vanuit huis, kan je een mooie wandeling maken. ( een ronde bovenlangs met mooi uitzicht) Elke ochtend brood halen in het dorpje ( behalve op woensdag). En mooie stadjes bezoeken in de omgeving, of genieten van de prachtige natuur ( gorges du verdon). Het huis was netjes en schoon bij aankomst.

Superbe maison très bien aménagée et confortable . Nous avons passé une semaine en famille ,nous étions 12 avec les enfants . Chaque couple avait sa chambre avec salle de bain . La région est magnifique . J'espère que nous pourrons y retourner bientôt .

Fantastic holiday, great house

We, a group of 7 motorcycle rides, booked the house for our one week trip to southern France! The house has kept everything promised. It was extremely spacious, very well and tastefully decorated, so that we immediately felt comfortable. The heated pool and the beautiful sun terrace helped to our relaxation. The house is situated in a beautiful area directly on a forest slope. The next city (Riez) is only 10 minutes away. There is a nice city center with cafes, a market square and two supermarkets, where you can buy everything for the daily life. The landlord was very friendly and the contact via telephone, mail and WhatsApp problem-free. All inquiries were answered directly and uncomplicated, minor problems were immediately corrected! We can only recommend the house and hope to return in the future! Thanks a lot!
