This modern property with is located a 12 minutes drive from Liverpool City Centre, a 10 minutes drive from Liverpool FC stadium (Anfield) and a 12 minutes drive to Everton FC stadium (Goodison Park). With plenty of free street parking, this an ideal home from home for contractors or families coming to enjoy all Liverpool has to offer. The local area has some shops for your convenience just a short walk from the property and the transport links to the City Centre are superb.
Offering a small paved garden the property is situated in Wavertree, Liverpool, 3.4 miles from Anfield and 3.9 miles from Goodison Park. This property offers free street parking and free Wi-Fi. The Philharmonic Hall is 1.7 miles from the apartment, while Sefton Park is 1.8 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Liverpool John Lennon Airport, 6.5 miles from the accommodation.
Managed by an experienced host, the property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. We offer remote access with easy self check-in and are always on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
The open plan living dining is a bright and airy space to eat or relax and unwind after a long day. A modern and comfortable sofa in the living room that also offers additional sleeping space. A 50â Smart TV with all the streaming apps downloaded is tucked in the corner of the room for cosy night. Just log in with your details and enjoy your home from home.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make breakfast, lunches or dinners, with a microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. Pots and pans are also in the property as well as crockery and utensils.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 king size and 1 double. Downstairs there is one double bedroom and a living room with a double sofabed (which we can set up for you if required). Each room has a good amount of storage for your belongings varying from under bed drawers, dressing tables and bedside tables. All the beds have fresh, hotel quality linen and towels ready for your stay. The whole place can accommodate up to 7 people!
The modern bathroom has a bath with a shower and complimentary toiletries.
Guests have access to the whole property and garden.
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.Â
Please be careful with the keys so you don't have to pay for replacement locks.
