Fanals is a traditional stone-built Mallorcan farmhouse with a unique character and magnificent gardens with flowers, shrubs, palm trees and private pool. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, air conditioning, this villa is in a great location close to the old town of Pollensa as well as to beautiful sandy beaches.
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors. Entrance via the main door is onto a spacious dining area with a bathroom. The dining hallway leads to the traditional style kitchen which has a delightful beamed ceiling and a walk-in pantry (the kitchen has patio doors leading out to the terrace), From the dining hallway is a staircase to the first floor and a step up to the very large lounge. The large lounge is located one step above the dining area and comprises two sitting areas (split level): the first with sofas + TV and the second designed as a reading area There are large double doors leading out onto the terrace and up to the gardens and pool area. A staircase leads up to a landing area giving access to the bedrooms. To the left there is a double bedroom with views across the mountains, a twin bedroom with wide single beds and a family bathroom. To the right there are a twin bedroom and a double bedroom (enjoying beautiful views over the pool area) with en suite bathroom.
Outside, the beautifully designed pool is surrounded by lawn. There are many areas to sit or sunbath, giving the chance to the guests to enjoy sun all day long or find a space in the shade to chill out. There are also spacious terraces, adding additional chances to enjoy the mild Mallorca climate: to the left of the entrance, there is a covered BBQ area with table and chairs. Through another archway there is an uncovered patio- ideally located just off the kitchen.
Air conditioning/heatingIn line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 14 pm to 16 pm and from 8:00 pm to 09:00 am
