The property is walking distance from all amenities, shopping centers
like bay street just minutes away. Supermarkets, Cafes, Restaurants,
Spa Centers the beaches are just a short walk away. A great holiday you
don't need a car.Located only a few metres away from the sea, this
ground floor apartment is an ideal accommodation for those looking to
spend a holiday in an apartment in comfort, style and tranquillity.
Though it is set in the centre of Sliema, it is a very quiet block all
renovated to meet the needs of today’s living. This apartment is very
bright and airy and quiet. It consists of two spacious bedrooms, one
double, and one twin with en-suite. Both bedrooms are fully
air-conditioned. Moreover, it does have another spacious family
bathroom. Both bathrooms come complete with a bath tub.The apartment
has a well equipped kitchen and a dining area that seats six very
comfortably. The living room is complimented with a good sized TV also
the sofa seats five people easily. Furthermore it has an outdoor patio
for those who would like to sit outside instead of watching tv. This
lovely apartment is set right in the heart of Sliema, just a minute
away from the Sliema promenade that is full of shops, restaurants by
the sea, ice cream parlours, internet cafes, daily cruise ships round
Malta, or ferry boats that take you to the capital city Valletta. The
bus stop that is just down the road can either take you towards the
northern part of Sliema or St.Julian's area, famous for its night life
and beautiful sandy beach known as St. Georges' Bay, or south towards
Valletta from where you can catch the bus to visit any part of the
island.Access to all the area of the property. The whole property will
be rented, the property is private and not shared with any other
tenants.We will meet you on your arrival and we'll be happy to give you
tips for making your holiday an unforgettable experience. We can also
organise airport transfers.Sliema is a major tourism spot on the
northeastern coast of the beautiful island of Malta. Visitors here will
find an abundance of relaxing holiday activities available, as well as
restaurants, shopping and nightlife. In recent years the town has
experienced significant growth, with modern villas and apartments
abounding as well as one of Malta’s best hotels.Visitors can therefore
enjoy fine shopping and dining as part of their stay here. There is
also plentiful opportunity for relaxing beach activities such as an
idyllic cruse, or water sports such as snorkeling and diving. It is

the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am
however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be
kept for longer.Please not that for the weekly price the property
includes basic utilities as per below:- 100KWh- for 1 bedroom
apartment- 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment- 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/
4-bedroom apartment- 300KWh- for villas We give the above kWh free per
week with the apartment which is more than sufficient . However if the
inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charge will apply at a
rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden
expenses or charges.Also please note that when the monthly rate is
selected, the price is NOT inclusive of any utilities. Those would be
paid for as much as one consumes. Water is charged at a flat rate of
1.10c per day while electricity it is charged at 35c per kWh paid as
much as consumed. The payment has to be settled on check in.Cleaning of
the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the
price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra
charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is
also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as
much often as desired. Apartment also available for long term booking
of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities
will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be
interestedPlease note that the rental price does not include the
Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to
€0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the
