Les Charmes de Carlucet Cottage is a beautiful stone, 5 Star country cottage with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms all with private bathrooms & large private terrace with a Spa/Jacuzzi for up to 5 people, with stunning views over the valley to the 11th Century church and hamlet of Carlucet in the village of Saint Crepin et Carlucet.
Set on the extensive private estate of Les charmes de Carlucet.
It is located in the heart of the Dordogne golden triangle between the beautiful medieval town of Sarlat la Canéda and the world famous caves of Lascaux at Montignac.
The pretty village of Salignac-Eyvigues is just 5 mins by car and has all the amenities you need including a supermarket, restaurants, Boulangerie and weekly market.
The cottage is from 18th century and has been newly renovated & restored to the highest levels of comfort with quality, tasteful & stylish furnishings. Free super fast high speed Wifi. It can accommodate up to 5 people. 110m2.
Private Bathrooms
All the bathrooms in this beautiful home country home are well equipped with showers, toilets, toiletries, sink, & one bathroom has a bath as well as a shower. The bathroom for the bedroom of the ground floor has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms
The 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor have king size beds & the 1 bedroom on the ground floor also has a king size bed. All 3 bedrooms are furnished with extra comfort mattresses & pillows & have high quality bed linen & towels to ensure a peaceful nightâs sleep. They all have air conditioning and private bathrooms.
The kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, Electric oven & hob, allows you to discover & sample the delights of PĂ©rigordine Cuisine with your friends and family.
Living/Dining area
The kitchen/living/dining area is light and airy and open plan with exposed stone walls, comfortable seating for up to 5 people in both the living and dining area, UK & French Satellite TV & pellet burning stove.
Exterior
The kitchen/dining area opens out directly onto a large private southwest facing terrace (100 m2) with Private Spa/Jacuzzi for up to 5 people, gas BBQ, comfortable outdoor seating, dining table and chairs.
Completely private and overlooking the ancient church and hamlet of Carlucet, the views are stunning with the most amazing sunsets over the valley.
There is private parking for up to 2 cars.

After searching France and Spain for over a year, to find a property where we could fulfil our dream of running a Holiday rental business, we finally found Les Charmes de Carlucet and it really was love at first sight!
Nowhere compared to the beauty of this place and its peaceful stunning setting. We wanted somewhere beautiful but also connected to and within easy reach of the best of everything this incredible area has to offer.
This is what is so perfect about Les Charmes. Its within very easy reach of the Sarlat la Canéda, the beautiful medieval bastide town, Lascaux caves, just 15 mins drive away and the spectacular Dordogne valley with Chateaux and activities on the river.
We are quite active and we also wanted to find somewhere that offers great outdoor activities. We are on the edge of 3 of the best cycling routes the dordogne has to offer.
Choosing to buy and live in this very special corner of the world is a dream come true.
