The ground-floor studio apartment houses a utility room housing a microwave, fridge/freezer and dining area whilst the sitting room has a TV. On this level there is also a double bedroom and shower room. On the first-floor there is an open-plan living space with kitchen housing a gas oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, along with Smart TV and dining area. The bedrooms include a king-size with Smart TV, a double with Smart TV and a bunk with TV, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is a courtyard and parking in a nearby car park. This apartment will accept one pet however smoking is not allowed. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Choose Flat 12 Crown House for a memorable retreat to Shropshire.
