Beautiful property in a beautiful town

We really enjoyed staying this property. The views were tremendous and sitting out on the porch was so relaxing and pleasant. Whatever issues we had, our contact would come up quickly and help us get it solved. If I ever am back in Positano, I would look to see if this property is available.

Don’t Walk, But RUN To This Property

This is one of the most enchanting, immaculate, picturesque properties that you could ever hope to find. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was perfect in every possible way. Angela and her team are very responsive and helpful. If you have never been to Positano (we hadn’t) make sure you check in with Angela about logistics in advance. If you are driving yourself, you’ll need to arrange to have your car parked at one of the local parking garages. And, if you’ve got lots of bags (like we did) you might consider hiring a porter service to take your bags to Angela’s place. You can do that right at the garage. Fabulous place, world class town, and breathtaking views.

Perfection !

I can’t say enough positive about this property ! First location -away from the craziness in the upper town -3 min to the beach and close to walk to everything . Property itself -again -wonderful ! We were two couples and we each had our own well appointed rooms with ensuites . The large spacious deck with a view was outstanding -bigger and better than expected. , We sat outside for meals -cocktails -evening card games and ocean /boat watching . The hosts were helpful and quick to respond to texts. If you get the chance -definitely rent this property!

Perfect location!

Our stay was wonderful! The check in was easy and property owners were great in communicating with us. Adorable furnishings and decorations. The beds were comfortable and coffee pot, washing machine and other amenities were put to good use. Most of all the location was perfect! Minimal steps up from the beach - very easy for the Grandmas to navigate.

Incredible Location and Property

Perfect location near the heart of Positano (beach, pier, restaurants, shopping, etc....). The patio was incredible. We played games, ate and drank with an incredible view. Accurate description of property and the photos don't do it justice. I appreciate the discounted parking as we had a rental car; the host receives a special rate at a local parking garage. We can't wait to return.

Beautiful, romantic, ocean view apartment

Incredible views in a beautiful space made this a perfect 5 night stay for a special birthday. We loved the kitchen and outdoor space for breakfast and lunch. The patio is beautiful with privacy, vegetation and a sea breeze. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed both the kitchen and patio tables.The blue tile floors and lemon decor were lovely and the space was spotless and well maintained. There are 50 steps up to the apartment but it is worth the view and not hard to climb. The only issue was getting a porter to take up our heavy luggage. Angela will help arrange a porter. The check in was a little bit confusing as you go to the Macrame Shop to get a key. Once you figure out how to find the Macrame shop, it was easy and the shop was helpful with any issues. I highly recommend this apartment.

Paradise found

This property was perfect in every way. Perfect location near beach, restaurants and ferry’s. Beautiful deck off living area offer wonderful views of ocean and church. Everything we needed was there. Interior was great with large bedrooms and baths. Clementine was a perfect host with info on area and always around for questions. We were tucked away from the crowds and noise and were minutes to everything. The sound of the waves lulled you to sleep at night. I promise you this is the perfect location in Positano.

Great condo

We and another couple rented this for the week. We had plenty of room and the condo was well decorated and the Kitchen well stocked. We especially LOVED sitting on the veranda having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. I also LOVED the location and Positano.

Great location

This place was a great location. Very close to the beach and the center of town. The place was very comfortable for our family of 4 including 2 teenagers. We did have a problem with ants one morning but the owner came in and sprayed right away. Apparently there are a lot of ants in Positano. The porch was wonderful and we spent a lot of time out there. The view was a bit obstructed with the church but it was still wonderful to see the water. We did have a lot of trouble finding the apartment initially with all our big suitcases and the July tourist crowds. Positano is like a maze if you have never been there before. Our driver had no idea where the place was and we were walking around stressed out without being able to find it. I would suggest the owner provide a walking map before check in to show where to walk and how to get there. It would have saved us a lot of stress and arguments when we first arrived! Overall, this is a great place and we would stay there again.

Great Place to Stay in Positano

The house was spacious enough for a family of 4 including 2 teenagers (who tend to take up more room than adults). It was close to the beach but also quiet. In a town of vertical living, our family appreciated that this was only about 80 steps up from the beach, restaurants and stores. The large patio made this a great place to have dinners. The view is of the pier and beach but it is a truncated view because the church blocks some of the view, but we did not mind at all. Angela was very friendly and efficient. Lovely place!

Stunning and comfortable

We couldn’t have chosen a better apartment. Beautiful views overlooking the sea directly behind the Positano Duomo. Angela and Clementina were just a phone call away and always around to help. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had all the necessary amenities. The only negative might be a bit of nighttime noise from below but all in all could not have been better.

Best view in town!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The apartment is huge with PERFECT views from the windows and the large private and furnished terrace. You cannot find a better place in town. The flat is comfortable and fully stocked with anything you would ever need. The kitchen is wonderful, the bathrooms and bedrooms are comfortable and pristine. Angela and her staff aim to please. There are many steps to get up to the unit so be sure that is not an issue but a vertical town like Positano is not a place for people who cannot take steps anyway. The luggage has to get up there too but there are porters available if necessary so be sure to request that ahead of time. But once up the steps there is a million dollar view that you will not believe! Everything in town is a short beautiful walk away. You can rent this place with total confidence. You will be taken care of and find a wonderful accommodation. Perfect!

Perfect Location

Loved the location and ambience of this villa. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Good location for day travels. Helpful property assistant. The interior was well appointed with exception of the Hard mattresses. Loved our stay, highly recommend.

Nice, great location with beautiful view.

We had a wonderful time in Positano. My husband and two daughters (age 11 and 16) had very nice stay at this place. The place had two bedrooms one with a bathroom attached and one in the hallway. The place was nice, well maintained with all the necessary amenities, clean and with beautiful view of the sea from the bedroom and the patio. The pictures shown on this site are not very clear about each rental and do not do justice to how nice the property is. The place was relatively easy access to walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants considering there are other rental places that have lot more steps to climb. Clementina the person managing the property was gracious and helpful. She let us store our luggage prior to check in and after the check-out before our departure and made it convenient to walk around Positano. We would definitely rent the property again for our stay in Positano.

Great apartment in an awesome location!

We absolutely loved our stay in Positano at this beautiful property. It is conveniently located just a few steps from the beach and many restaurants, the shopping and all the great things to do in Positano. The apartment is fully stocked for basic cooking needs and is spacious enough for a comfortable stay for a family of 4, possibly 5, though you could squeeze more kids if you had to! The view from the large patio is fantastic and gives you a great option away from the more busy beaches when you just want to read a good book and enjoy the view! It is managed by a lady who works at a shop just by the apartment and we had assistance from her throughout our stay as needed, which was great. A few minor things to note: 1 - Utilities were not included and cost us about 25 Euros for a week (very hot week with A/C used the whole time) and 2 - do use the foams for the beds if you like a softer bed as they are on the hard side.

Perfect location in Positano!

Great location

We loved the location and the views from every room. Enjoyed our stay here very much. The only negative was the fee for electricity that was collected upon check out. This cost us an additional $30 Euro. I would suggest that they make this a little more clear in the terms of the rental as this is not a normal practice. Other than this, we would recommend this home, it was authentic and perfect for our family of 4.

Perfect location in the heart of Positano

My family of four stayed at the apartment in March. It was better than expected! It was well furnished, sparkling clean and although in the middle of everything very quiet at night. We could open the balcony doors and listen to the waves. We used the patio deck every day and even brought in food a couple of times to have a leisurely meal there. Would definitely recommend.

Posizione strategica e bellissima vista

Siamo stati ospiti in Villa Francesco per una settimana. La casa è conforme a quanto si vede sul sito, ben arredata e ben equipaggiata. La vista che si gode dai terrazzi è magnifica. Il terrazzo con il tavolo da pranzo è molto godibile nelle calde serate positanesi, è molto bello per mangiare o per rilassarsi dopo aver cenato fuori. Inoltre la centralità della posizione consente di accedere molto facilmente al mare, al negozio di alimentari e ai ristoranti sulla spiaggia. Nel complesso abbiamo trovato la vacanza molto rilassante in un contesto estremamente accogliente. Assolutamente da ripetere! Fam. La Porta Visconti
