Superb front-line 3 bedroom townhouse on a quiet urbanisation on Peñoncillo Playa. Stunning sea views. Lovely communal pool and gardens. Great location for beach holidays, and only 5 minutes from both Nerja and Torrox Costa. Best of both worlds. Avoid the hustle and bustle of busy central Nerja, relax in a quiet environment, yet near enough to have everything on your doorstep. Great beach restaurants just across the road, serving cocktails, sangria, fresh fish, sardines etc. live music some evenings. Great holiday atmosphere, all within walking distance! Communal swimming pool is open from April - October. The house is split over 3 floors - upstairs are 3 bedrooms, the master with ensuite bathroom and private terrace, the guest bedroom plus a further twin bedroom. There is a family bathroom. All rooms have A/C - heating included, plus shutters and blinds. The living area is a large, open plan space leading onto the 50m2 south facing terrace with sea views. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with American style fridge freezer. Separate w.c. Stairs lead down to the games room with pool table, bar, wet room and laundry room. Ample space for 6 persons to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

It is always lovely when guests return and my aim is for families to make long lasting holiday memories that will last a lifetime.
Varför värden valde detta boende
I have lived and worked in the area for over 20 years, and it really is the most tranquil spot. So close to both Nerja and Torrox Costa, with the ambience of El Peñoncillo on the doorstep. The beach and all its chiringuitos just across the road, away from the hustle and bustle of busy town centres, it is the perfect location to relax and enjoy a holiday, and make lasting memories with family and friends. Stunning views from the large terrace, the sound of the sea at night, all within walking distance to the beach, so no need to take the car. An ideal vacation location.

My villa is rather individual in style, it has a very modern feel throughout. From the open plan kitchen, through to the living and dining area, which in turn opens onto the large 50m2 sun terrace. There is an awning to keep things cooler during the heat if the day, it is perfect to sit out on balmy summer evenings, enjoy a glass of crisp wine and some fresh fish from the BBQ and watch the sun set, perfect.
Not only are there 3 good size bedrooms that sleep 6 persons with ease, there are a further 4 bathrooms, always handy when you have a house full. An en-suite for the master bedroom which also has its own private terrace, again with superb sea views, perfect for sitting out and enjoying morning coffee. A further family bathroom upstairs, downstairs on entrance level there is a separate wc.
A connecting staircase takes you down to the Games Room, featuring a full size pool table, bar, wet room with full shower and laundry room. This can be very much enjoyed as a party area in the evenings after dinner or simply an escape at any time of the day. It certainly allows younger guests to keep themselves entertained, whilst adults can enjoy some peace and quiet on the terrace.
The property is extremely spacious, so there is plenty of room for a family to spread out and enjoy quality time together or alone!
