This 2-bedroom apartment is conveniently located close to four tube stations, many bus stops (one of them just in front of the building), and many attractions, such as Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Notting Hill, and Little Venice.
Both the bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobe and a TV. One of the bedrooms has a desk with a lamp.
The kitchen is very well furnished with all the appliances you may require during your stay, such as microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and all the kitchenware needed. The bathroom has a shower.

The exceptionally low price is due to a construction site in front of the apartment. There is a chance of noise from 8 am to 6 pm AT INTERVALS OF 2 HOURS.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to quote the word "NOISE" if you book the apartment so that we know you read the entire listing and are aware of that.

Please note that the apartment is located on the back of another building. To get to the flat, you have to access the main building, climb 25 steps, exit to the patio, and climb 12 more steps.

The apartment is quiet at night since the bedrooms face a back road.

The apartment is in a great location:

- 5 minutes walking distance from Royal Oak Station (Hammersmith and City Line) and Bayswater Station (Circle and District Line);
- 8 minutes walk to Queensway Station (Central Line);
- 12 minutes walk to Paddington Tube and Railway Stations; from here, you can catch the Heathrow Express that will bring you to the airport in 15 minutes.
- Lots of bus stops, one right in front of the building, with buses heading to famous spots such as Camden Town, Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Street.
- A National Express bus stop is located 12 minutes from the apartment.

Other things to note:

- We have priced the apartment exceptionally cheaply due to the construction site in front. There may be noise every two hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- To ensure that you are aware of this, please quote "NOISE" when booking. Additionally, please note that access to the flat requires climbing 25 steps and exiting to the patio to climb another 12. We will be available to assist you with your luggage upon arrival.
- Our commitment to providing a 5-star experience includes letting you know about any possible inconvenience. However, you can rest assured that the apartment is extremely quiet at night, as the bedrooms face a back road.
- We can provide a travel cot and high chair for £8 per night upon request.
