This elegant 3-bedroom home is nestled in a residential area, a brief 15-minute stroll from the lively Brixton Village and a mere 2 minutes from the nearest train station (Loughborough Junction). The house boasts a super king-size Vi-spring bed in the Chinese bedroom, a double bed in the Green Room, and two singles in the Twin Bedroom with ultra-comfortable mattresses, all cooled by ceiling fans. The sitting room has substantial armchairs and sofa, an iMac for your use, adjacent to the dining room / kitchen, which is a culinary dream with a large Rangemaster induction cooker and fridge freezer, the worktops of swirling granite. Open the 3 meter wide folding doors to Enjoy meals inside or out, ignite the Komando BBQ, and relax with a cinema projector and Apple TV. Optional driveway parking is available (subject to availability and additional charge ÂŁ15 per day - please book before arrival.)

Air Conditioning:

All three bedrooms have ceiling fans installed, which work very well to keep the rooms cool. Additionally, we have a powerful Dyson air fan for extra cooling in the living/dining area.

The area is known for its quiet streets, yet essential amenities like a 24/7 minimarket and fast trains to central London are just 2 minutes away. It's a community where everything I need is within walking distance, including several parks, the lively Brixton Village, and the Herne Hill Saturday farmers market. I also appreciate the cultural offerings nearby, such as the Dulwich Picture Gallery and Brixton House theatre. Moreover, its location in Zone 2 with only 10 minutes to the river and 20 minutes travel time to Bond Street & Soho makes it an ideal spot for both relaxation and staying connected to the heart of the city. The blend of peaceful living, local charm, and accessibility is what really drew me to Loughborough Junction.
