On the top floor is a large bedroom suite with bathroom and shower and access to the terrace, a room with a bed of 160cm and another of 80cm with access to the terrace and a room ensuite with a 150cm double bed and a bathroom with shower.

It should be noted that there is a ping-pong table (table tennis) in a large garage to enjoy playing.
