On the first floor of an ancient hay barn, The Hay Loft has its own private balcony with views across the garden, orchards and beyond. The spacious open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings, a smouldering wood burner and an aged leather sofa puts you instantly at ease in the eaves of this stylish barn conversion. There are rugged farming features and contemporary design stylings, framed by exposed rafters and star-lit skylights plus a large freestanding copper bath for a long soak after a day on the forest or beach.
Immerse yourself in farm life and roam free over fields, orchard and vegetable gardens. Collect eggs for breakfast and help yourself to an abundance of our organic produce.

Crafted from reclaimed and natural materials, our charming and traditional agricultural buildings incorporate original features that reflect their history of 180 years of continual use.

At Warborne Farm we are passionate about sustainability and environmentally sensitive development. We use renewable energy sources for all our heating and hot water across the whole farm and we are proud to be carbon neutral or if you really want to get with it, we are âsustainably exploiting our natural resourcesâ. We harness a mixture of the sun (PV solar for electricity and thermal solar for hot water); the air (air source heat pump) for heating, and renewable fossil fuels (wood pellet boiler for heating and hot water). All our waste goes into the farms giant biodigester.
