Centrally located in Chania Town, the contemporary complex of JnV Luxury Villas allows you to enjoy the urban landscape and array of daily amenities that the new town offers, while being minutes away from the picturesque Old Town (800 meters on foot) and its Venetian port (1 Km on foot) with an impressive selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and souvenir shops, as well as the Nea Chora beach (1,4 Km on foot). JnV Luxury Villas pose an excellent choice for the modern traveller who wishes to explore new cities, to meet the locals, taste the cuisine and visit worth-seeing monuments by avoiding the hustle and bustle of moving around at the same time. The lively town of Chania promises to give you a unique greek island experience, as it offers a lot of fun activities to try and beautiful corners to discover.


Interior Layout
This modern and chic complex is consisted of 3 separate Villas, each one with its own private swimming pool. The architecture and design are characterisided by simple, clean lines and the interior furnishings ablige to the minimalistic philosophy with boho touches, creating a relaxing space. Villa Jacqueline covers 100m2 and spreads in two levels, comfortable accommodating 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms and up to 5 if needed.


Ground Floor
Entering the Villa on the ground floor guests are welcomed by a bright open plan area, featuring the living room and kitchen. The seating area offers a sofa (which can accommodate 1 guest if required), A/C, 55 HDTV and direct access to the pool terrace. The kitchen offers all essential appliances for a self-catered holiday, as well as an adjacent indoor dining area for 4, enabling you to prepare and enjoy your meals and snacks. A washing machine is also available, concealed inside a cabinet. Additionally, one bedroom is located on this level, offering a Queen size bed (1,80 X 2,00) with a mattress topper that could also be set us as 2 single beds (0,90 X 2,00) upon request, A/C and 32 TV. Finally, a bathroom with a shower cabin is also available on the ground floor, also offering access to guests with restricted mobility.


First Floor
Ascending the stairs to the first floor, guests can find the master bedroom of Villa Jacqueline, which offers a Queen size bed (1,80 X 2,00) with a mattress topper that could also be set us as 2 single beds (0,90 X 2,00) upon request and a sofa as well. The room also boasts a 43 smart TV, wardrobe with safe, vanity with mirror, A/C, private balcony overlooking the pool and its own en-suite bathroom with double sinks and shower cabin. Towels for both the bath and pool are provided for all guests, as well as bathroom amenities.


Exterior
From living room on the ground floor guests have direct access to the pool terrace. The outdoor facilities include:
- A private, 14 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,30 m deep with ladder access. The pool area is equipped with 2 sun beds, a double day bed and lawn covered area, inviting you to unwind in this small private oasis inside the city and its fully fenced offering security and privacy to our guests.
- An outdoor dining table for 4 is also available, offering ample opportunity to try al fresco dining.
- Shared parking space at the entrance of the complex with 1 parking spot for each Villa.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR2 per night from April to October and EUR0.5 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Perfect family stay

This house was perfect. Clean, roomy, great washing machine and close brought to all tourism without feeling overwhelming. Vivian was an amazing host who welcomed us, had pool and beach toys for our 1 year old to play with and even made him organic cookies. I highly recommend.
