Discover Puerto De Mazarron from our stunning apartment with panoramic sea and mountain views and a large private outdoor terrace. This stylish apartment is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home.
The apartment is in an elevated position overlooking the town but still centrally located only a short walk from the port, beaches, bars and restaurants of this popular resort as well as being very close to shops, supermarkets and overlooking the traditional marketplace.
There are two outdoor communal swimming pools, poolside toilets, beautiful landscaped gardens with seating, a children's play area and an outdoor tennis court all onsite for your enjoyment!
As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer, a microwave and breakfast bar.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers internet access, a digital music system and a smart TV. The lounge dining area offers direct access to the terrace.
This apartment has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed and direct access to the terrace. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. The third bedroom contains twin beds that can be attached to form a super king sized bed and is en-suite.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen, towels and a hair dryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
The apartment and the pool area / gardens can both be accessed without using stairs and it would be suitable for use by someone with reduced mobility as the parking space is close to the front door.
