This is a beautiful 2BR APT located in the charming town of Sliema, a prime location, steps away from the scenic promenade.

Offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, its bright terrace opens onto a large living area - perfect for gatherings and relaxing evenings. It features as well modern amenities such as a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa a SMART TV, and AC's.

With its central location, it additionally provides easy access to Valletta, the capital city of Malta.

NOTE: ACs are coin-operated, and the coin meter is reduced to half the rate of what generally electricity is worth. 2/3 Euros would do good to around 4-5 Hours worth.

Living Spaces| Offers a terrace equipped with a table and chairs great base for morning coffee or tea! Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining part, a comfy sofa looking at the TV (Connected to the internet).

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils necessary to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boasts an oven and an electric hub.

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, 1 is a double bed another with 2 single beds.
The room with 2 single beds has a private balcony.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we will also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment. All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially with respect to avoiding extra noise. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During the lovely summer season, although he sanitizes, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate, but we provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Check-ins are done either by one of our team or by a self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule is given during the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

EXTRA NOTES:

Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen clean (no dirty dishes). If not please note additional cleaning may be charged depending on what we find.

The toilet system locally is very effective, however if anything other than toilet paper it could result in clogging the system. If this happens charges for repairs will be occurred.

Perfect Location

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the bus stops and ferries to easily explore the whole of the island. Loads of great restaurants around too. Supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. The apartment had all that we needed for a great holiday. Would definitely stay there again.
