The property consists of a newly decorated modern kitchen / dining space, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms, playroom and cinema room, office space, a beautiful garden and much more.

Living room - Two large sofas, fireplace, TV

Kitchen and dining area - dining table for 8, kitchen isle all the necessary kitchen amenities, wine fridge, toaster, MagiMix, Slow Cooker, Blender, Filtered Water Tap, Soda Stream

Master bedroom - located in the loft with a king size bed, work area, dressing table and wardrobes

Cinema room - cinema projector, blinds and audio devices controlled via ChromeCast. This room also serves as a playroom for kids.

2 Bathrooms on upper floors and a toilet on the ground floor

Office room - with working space and desks. Also spare computer monitors

Garden - outdoor dining table and chair set and a BBQ maker

There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby.

Guest access
Guests will have access to most of the property. There will be a room locked to store host's personal belongings and items not for guests' use will be labelled accordingly.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
