Complex of Cottages nr Bude Sleeps 36

A collection of 2 and 3 bedroom holiday cottages in a rural setting just 5 minutes from the beach. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this complex of characterful cottages close to Bude has all the amenities required for up to 36 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay across the 8 properties.

Whilst the cottages sleep up to 36 guests, we can also cater for smaller groups, so please reach out to discuss your requirements and we'd be happy to come to an arrangement.

The Space:
A lovely rural retreat, set on beatiful grounds, this collection of 8 cottages are spacious and well equipped. Each cottage has an open plan living space comprising a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything required to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofas and a Tv. There are 8 double bedrooms and 10 twin bedrooms in total, with beds all made up with crisp hotel linen, and fluffy towels provided. All cottages have a family bathroom (some also have an additional shower room) with a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries. There is free wifi throughout every cottage. Guests also have access to the grounds, which include tennis courts and giant chess.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the cottages booked, and can also make use of the gardens and outdoor facilities.

The Neighborhood:
A peaceful location surrounded by farmland with lovely coastal views. Less than 5 mins drive (or 25 minute walk) from Widemouth Bay, where you can make the most of the stunning beach and enjoy surfing, watersports or coastal walks . Here there is a small selection of cafes and bars but for more choice you can head 5 mins up the coast to Bude. Bude is a bustling coastal town, home to an array of shops, bars, restaurants and even a night club. You can also rent surfboards, SUPs or book boat trips, fishing or other activities from one of the tour operators based in Bude. Here you will also find a large Morrisons supermarket for your groceries.

Getting Around:
Widemouth bay is just a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away. Bude is less than 10 minutes by car or taxi. There are local bus services and the nearest stop is a 20 minute walk away.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept any bookings parties or organised events.

Please note, check-in is between 3pm - 10pm. Unfortunately we cannot offer check-ins outside of these times.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information
