Villa Noemi is a beautiful property recently built among the hills of the Tuscan countryside, equipped with every comfort and a beautiful swimming pool for your exclusive use.

There is also a covered area where you will spend your time, a covered area with masonry BBQ and a big table to welcome all guests.
Also at your disposal is a parking lot within the property (up to 3 cars).

The property is equipped with a brand-new system that dispenses a natural product and helps to keep annoying insects such as mosquitoes away.

The Villa is arranged mainly on two levels.
On the ground floor is the living area overlooking the pool for exclusive use:
a cozy living room with satellite TV and fireplace for cold winter evenings, a beautiful dining room overlooking the pool and a modern kitchen equipped with all the amenities and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals. Also present are a service bathroom available for all guests and a small storage room with freezer .
Also on the same floor are two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms complete with shower. One room with a double bed and one with two single beds close together.
On the first floor are the other three bedrooms with private bathrooms: two rooms with double beds and one with two single beds side by side.
All rooms are air-conditioned to cool the hot summer nights.
