Villa Sunshine is an independent villa that can accommodate up to 10 people and stands out for its panoramic position atop the Pillo hill, in the municipality of Gambassi Terme.
Featuring a beautiful panoramic swimming pool, with sun loungers immersed in the lush enclosed garden; under the ancient wooden porch with patio and views of the hills, the barbecue area.
Pillo is also the perfect starting point for exploring Tuscanyâs artistic and gastronomic attractions by car; you can get to the main places of tourist and cultural interest easily, including Siena, San Gimignano, San Miniato, the medieval village of Monteriggioni, Castelfiorentino, Certaldo, Castelfalfi, Volterra, Pisa, Florence, Gambassi with its spa and wellness centre and the villages of the fantastic Tuscan sea.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with satellite TV and a large wood-burning fireplace, as well as a convenient laundry area. Two bathrooms with showers complete the ground floor.Going up to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms: one double with en-suite bathroom and one with two single beds, both furnished in traditional Tuscan style. There is also a bathroom with shower, a room with a kitchenette, and a quiet sitting area with a sofa where you can relax. Open the door and step into the outdoor garden with a panoramic terrace overlooking the famous Chianti hills near Florence!From the second floor, you can enjoy a wide view of the Gambassi Terme hills, visible from the three bedrooms: two doubles (one with en-suite bathroom) and one with two single beds, plus another bathroom with shower. Inside the villa you will find air conditioning, while outside there are convenient private parking spaces.
