This ruralpoolside villais a lovely example of a completely renovated authentic Dalmatian house. Built with stone, this countryside jewel is made for everyone looking for a little peace and quiet, yet close to the coast. The villais just right for a party of 6, although it can accommodate 8 guests in total. It’s surface of 95 sqm provides comfort and pleasure, while the property of 400 sqm features a lovely pool and a Mediterranean garden. We are quite convinced that a lovely rosemary scent by the pool is something anyone would enjoy. The covered terrace by the pool is there for everyone searching for shelter from the sun, and the barbecue you will find in the same spot is perfect for relaxing summer dinners. The interior of the house reveals a combination of traditional stone built with modern details and the contemporary kitchen.

As we have mentioned before, the coast, and the little municipality of Sukošan are only 5 kilometers away from the beautiful villa MiA. Sukošan is surrounded by with lovely beaches, and it is the home of the biggest nautical marina in Croatia. If you decide to visit Debeljak in the summer, we definitely recommend a sea excursion to the national park Kornati, and for all the culture lovers, the capital of the county, Zadar, is only 12 kilometers away. Zadar is an ancient roman colony that will make you fall in love with its millennial streets, vibrant Mediterranean atmosphere and the modern Sea Organ.
