This villa is a beautiful rustic stone villa located in the bay of the same name, on the south side of the island of Hvar. The exterior of the villa is an original stone architecture while the interior delights with a combination of unique details of stone and wood. The villa is located just a few meters from the sea on a spacious private property of 130,000 square meters, and this completely renovated building of 92m2 is surrounded by untouched nature. The villa has two bedrooms, one bathroom and one toilet and is ideal for comfortable accommodation for 4 people, and if necessary, it is possible to accommodate an additional 3 people on extra beds. The unique kitchen is fully equipped and adapted to the modern way of life. To further relax, an outdoor jacuzzi is also available. As the access road to the villa is a gravel road, an off-road vehicle is available to guests throughout their stay to explore other gravel roadsaround the island. In addition to the off-road vehicle, you can also use a 5 meter long boat with a 5 hp engine and explore the nearby hidden coves (use of the vehicle and boat is without fuel). This villa offers complete privacy with a beautiful panoramic sea view and is an ideal option for an unforgettable vacation where you can take your pets.

We suggest boat trips to many nearby islands and hidden caves where you can take a swim. Whether you want to do water sports or prefer long walks, all options are available including a rich nightlife.

Zastražišće is a small place on the island of Hvar, in the municipality of Jelsa, with about 200 inhabitants. It is 14 km away from the centre of Jelsa and is located at an altitude of 193 m. Zastražišće is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and lavender fields. The place is known for the best olive oil on the island and its stone houses and streets are excellent examples of rustic architecture. There are several restaurants and supermarkets in Zastražišće, and the nearest bank, post office, ambulance and gas station are in Jelsa.

Auf der Terrasse sitzen, aufs Meer schauen, lesen, schwimmen!

Die Villa Golubinka ist wohl das schönste Ferienhaus, das wir in Kroatien je hatten. Ein einsam gelegenes geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Steinhaus in einer wunderschönen Bucht, Idylle pur. Ideal auch für unseren Hund! Absolute Ruhe, nur über eine etwas abenteuerliche Makadam-Straße mit im Mietpreis inkludiertem geländegängigem Jeep erreichbar. Fahrzeit bis zum nächsten Restaurant ca. 30 Minuten. In der Villa alle Features vorhanden (Strom über Solaranlage mit Batteriespeicher, Sat-TV, Klimaanlage, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Gasherd, Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination und Geschirrspüler). Das eigentlich inkludierte Schlauchboot mit Außenbordmotor war leider defekt, ein Ersatz wurde bestellt, in der Zwischenzeit erhielten wir 2 Stand-up-Paddelboards als Ausgleich. Die Inhaberin extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit!
