Situated on a small hill not far from Labin, this villais an ideal place for a nice family vacation. Thisbeautiful three-storey villa can accommodate up to 10 persons in its 5 tastefully designed bedrooms,a spacious living room with an open fireplace and of course a fully furnished kitchen. The terrace andthe outdoor swimming pool with a view of the surrounding countryside are a great place forswimming, sunbathing or simply relaxing on the lounge chairs. The fun in the sun is also enhanced bya gas grill and an outdoor dining area with a separate, fully equipped bathroom.
The villa is located in a small hamlet called Presika right next to the picturesque Istrian town ofLabin. At the hamlet itself you can find a café, shop or a restaurant only a short walk away from thevilla. The seaside is a short 10-minute drive by car, or, if you prefer a more active holiday, you canrent bicycles at the villa and enjoy the countryside while leisurely pedalling your way to the beach.
