This beautiful poolside villa is a charming example of modern architecture influenced by tradition. The use of stone and green wooden window shutters are an homage to the traditional Istrian culture. The exterior of the villa is complemented with a sunny Mediterranean garden with a wooden barbecue, perhaps the most popular way for the locals to prepare summer dinners in the fresh air. The interior of the house is in the contrast with the outdoor area. Carefully decorated, the interior is artistic and chic, full of unique handmade details and a rich palette of colors that really bright up the space. The translucent drapes fit in perfectly, allowing the light to enter the house, but also protecting you from the strong summer sunshine.

Umag is definitely one of the most popular tourist places in Croatia. Perhaps most famous for the ATP tennis tournament with a 31-year-old tradition, Umag has a lot to offer. The ancient Roman summer residence grew through the centuries, and today its streets are filled with Venetian noble palaces, traditional Istrian houses and warm, friendly people. In a little village nearby, Savudrija, you can see the most western, as well as the oldest lighthouse in our country.
