Not satisfactory, need to improve

I stayed for under an hour due to ventilation issues caused by ongoing maintenance, which limited the balcony door's opening and resulted in poor air circulation and heat. I left the key on the door mat at 17:45 yesterday and subsequently booked another room myself. I also noticed ice formation in the fridge's upper compartment and an error code on the washing machine stopped with last tenant/ owner's clothing.
