Villetta Velia is introduced by a small wooden porch with many plants and wicker furniture and an outdoor dining area for 4 guests.
THe holiday home opens into the living room with dining area and open kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. The fifth sleeping accommodation is upon request and on folding bed.

Villetta Velia is in Torre Lapillo,
in a quiet area near Porto Cesareo, known for its beautiful beaches and
Caribbean-like sea. The closest beach is 500 meters away, just like the
city centre with its services.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
-Â Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Pool available from May June to September October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One room is without windows.
- Bathrooms have not bidets. In one of the two there is a hand shower next to the water.
