Recently built, this bright and welcoming apartment features a terrace with wonderful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. It is just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful and popular beach of Ossuccio, and the lakeside promenade with many bars, restaurants, and clubs. The apartment has a large swimming pool shared with other guests of the property, a private garage as well as modern and comfortable furniture.
