On the coast of the Algarve, in the old fishing village of Ferragudo, Boaz Rentals offers you Casa Xyza. A luxury family villa with views over the Atlantic Ocean. The villa was designed by the design studio StudioArte whose designers have paid particular attention to the style and the interior.



The villa is modern, light and has a sleek, stylish design. With five bedrooms, Casa Xyza 5 can accommodate ten people. Perfect for large and multiple families. All bedrooms are ensuite, providing ample privacy. Besides a spacious living room, there is a large luxury kitchen with lots of room for culinary creativities. And if you do not feel like cooking, a chef can visit you on request!



Several verandas offer you every opportunity to relax. One of them has, for example, an outdoor bar with lounge and at the dining table on another veranda, you can enjoy your meals all together. The pool provides the necessary cooling and endless fun for the children. After a refreshing swim, you can enjoy the sun on one of the comfortable sun loungers. Fancy a relaxing yoga session on the roof? That can be arranged too!



Casa Xyza has everything indeed! However, there is more. Within a 15-minutes’ walk, you reach the beach and restaurants! Furthermore, in the lively Ferragudo, you will find around the marina quaint shops and good restaurants. If you want to wander out in the area, you can take the water taxi to Portimão, an exciting city on the other side of the river.

Casa Xyza is situated near the coast of the Algarve in the old fishing village of Ferragudo.



The house stands 150 meters as the crow flies from the nearest beach Praia Grande (yet a 5-10 minutes’ walk). Here you will also find various shops and restaurants. More beaches can be found within a short distance. The nearest restaurant is a 5-minute walk away.



Within a 15-minutes stroll, you reach the Marina of Ferragudo, that offers a variety of excellent restaurants as well. From the Marina, you can take the water taxi to Portimão, one of the largest cities in the region. There is plenty to do in Portimão. For example, you can visit museums, explore the old town or walk through the beautiful gardens of Manuel Bivar. You can also reach this bustling city crossing the bridge from Ferragudo.



Furthermore, just 3 kilometers away is the town of Carvoeiro, the place to be for golf enthusiasts. And lovers of water sports can go all the way in the near vicinity of Casa Xyza.



The Algarve is a gorgeous region with lots of nature and a long coastline with long sandy beaches but also rocky bays. A little further inland, you will find unspoiled nature and mountains. Faro airport is just a 45 minutes’ drive from the villa.
