Beläget i hjärtat av Rehoboth Beach med 1 bekväm parkeringsplats, är lägenheten bara ett kvarter från stranden och runt hörnet från de fantastiska restaurangerna och butikerna på Rehoboth Ave ... du är bokstavligen bara några steg från stadens bästa Rehoboth har att erbjuda! Och det bästa är att du aldrig behöver flytta din bil.

En förtjusande andra våningen lägenhet med egen ingång, sovrum, badrum och fullt utrustat kök. Där har två enkelsängar i sovrummet och vardagsrummet en dubbel bäddsoffa. Det finns också två delade utomhusduschar (med varmt vatten) och 1 parkeringsplats på egendom ingår.

Observera, från 15 maj till 15 september brukar vi hyra varje vecka från lördag till lördag. Ibland kan vi eventuellt ta emot ett undantag, så var god och meddela oss med speciella önskemål. Dessutom erbjuder vi täcken och kuddar, men du måste skaffa dina egna sängkläder och handdukar (Lakan krävs: enkelsängar, 1 dubbel bäddsoffa. Det finns flera företag i staden som hyr dem om du vill göra det ... bara meddela oss och vi kommer att förse dig med förslag!

It's All about Location

The property is very cozy and pretty. The location is superb for its proximity to the beach and stores. And of course having a parking spot is priceless. Also, we were able to check in over 2 hours early that was amazingly convenient!

Great Location.

This property is 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and close to lots of restaurants and shops. There are two floors worth steps as pictured in the listing. The bathroom is tiny but functional. There is an outside table on a small deck but no view. The central air is a big plus. The listing says four people but that would be cramped. Note you need to bring your own linens. The decor is "early beachy". This rental is all about location, location, location.

Spontaneous beach getaway

My partner and I decided to take a weekend trip to Rehoboth as part of a trip from the west coast. We were thrilled with the cute little property, the location, and the hospitality of the hosts. Everything was exactly as expected and we couldn’t have been happier with our trip.

Good location w parking. Good host!

If you’re looking for a good location with a parking spot that is clean and has good host - this is a place. It is not fancy. it is not an up-to-date space but it’s simple, and clean and close to Main Street and the Beach. When I arrived somebody had parked in the spot assigned for the apartment. I called and she answered thenshe rectify the situation within minutes even though she was in an airport about to fly. She is very responsive and friendly.

Excellent experience

This place was more than what I anticipated considering its proximity to the beach. Very clean and slept 3 for us but I can see it sleeping four. So close to the beach and the boardwalk. This was great because it gave my nephew something to do in the evenings. He went on all the rides. There was a restaurant right where we entered the beach so we could grab a snack or drink if we wanted to. The owners were beyond responsive. We had an issue with the TV and they always answered their phone. It didn’t go to voicemail. So great! We will definitely come back! Thanks for making our stay memorable!

Easy breezy beach stay - all the essentials

This apartment had everything you needed for a short beach stay or a longer visit for people who prefer to eat out. The bathroom was very clean if only just a bit tight. The kitchen featured a full sided fridge perfect for holding lots of leftovers. Also appreciated the microwave and toster oven. We did not use the range. Master bedroom had two twins which could be configured as a king. We found the bed very comfortable. Both the main room and bedroom had a upright dresser and closer for personal belongings. This would be very helpful for a full week visit. The futon was surprisingly very comfortable despite looking a little lumpy. Much better than most pull out couches. We enjoyed the little front porch entry way and found the pin code door access very handy for our group. It's such a pain to remember a key when you are going to the beach with just a swimsuit and towel. The shaded parking spot was also a nice accommodation. Maryland Ave is pretty quite at night and we really enjoyed listening to the crickets as we slept. We enjoyed booking with Emma and found her incredibly helpful and considerate. I would certainly consider booking again and would definitely recommend to others!
