San Cristofano Apartment

Centrally located apartment within walking distance of Piazza Santa Croce.   The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub. Living area with dining table, sofa, television and kitchenette equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, stove, dishes and utensils. Washing machine, air conditioning and wifi connection available to guests. Located in lively and dynamic neighborhood, close to major services, restaurants and typical shops; you can easily walk to the city's main attractions.                          
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with no elevator; you need to walk up three flights of stairs to access the apartment. Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility and small children.
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone, it is recommended to park in a nearby private garage and walk to the apartment.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
