Family friendly house 10 minutes from Stockholm City and Nature reserves.

Our house is located in a calm yet central area in Nacka, Stockholm.
It's just a 1 minute walk to the buses that will take you straight in to the city center of Stockholm in 10-15 minutes.(Södermalm & Old Town.) On the other hand you can walk 10-15 minutes and enter one of many nature reserves or take a swim in the nearby lake.

It´s also archipelago boats departing from Nacka strand directly to Old town, Stockholm City, Djurgården,Vasa museum,Skansen,Gröna Lund or out into the archipelago.

We are a family with 3 children, 15 - 16 years old so we have toys and a outside trampoline for that age and around. For children we also have a high-chair and babycot.

We can also help you to buy some start-up groceries if you like, just send me your wishlist. Actual cost will be charged as an additionen fee and can be paid upon arrival.

The second floor is newly renovated and here you find 3 bedrooms, livingroom, big bathroom, separate wc and kitchen (the kitchen is small and you can only sit 5 at the same time) You also have access to the garden and a balcony. In the garden you have different areas for dining, one with a roof.

On the entrance floor you have the hallway, laundry room, a big bedroom with a en-suit bathroom. In this bedroom you have space for 3 people sleeping.(If you don't need this bedroom we set it up as a second livingroom)

There are lot of outside areas for dining and playing! We have a couple of bicycles, both for adults and children.

We don't smoke.

Final cleaning is included in the rental-fee allthough it´s imortant to leave the house in a good condition.

We also rent out our summer house in the Stockholm archipelago just 1 hour from this property.
