Chalet Charlotte has 180m2 of living space, split into 5 bedrooms with a kitchen & dining area, games room & sauna and sleeps 12 guests. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday for a large group of family or friends. Breakfast & Evening meal is possible in all circumstances (please ask for further details), or guests can self cater.
Chalet Charlotte is located in Fusch an der Grossglocknerstrasse in the province of Salzburg, 13km south of Zell am See. The wonderful valley location with its mountain views on all sides provides an idyllic setting to relax away from the stresses of everyday life, whilst being close enough to all the attractions and amenities when required. The holiday region Grossglockner-Zellersee is one of the most unique in the Austrian Alps. On the way to the amazing Grossglockner high-alpine-road you will find our village of Fusch, and the gateway to the mountains of the âHöhe Tauern National Parkâ.
Whatever the time of year the Zell am See-Kaprun region always has plenty to suit your tastes. There is almost every winter sport imaginable. And in the summer weâve got mountain biking, rafting, sailing, golf, rock climbing, tennis, horse riding, and of course all the walking / hiking trails you can handle, plus much much more. The nearby town of Zell am See is bursting with Austrian charm & character and the crystal clear waters of the lake combined with the surrounding mountains, really do provide a beautiful picture postcard setting.
There are plenty of relaxing options too, whether that be a sightseeing & shopping trip to historic Salzburg or Innsbruck, to a leisurely boat trip around the lake or meadow walks.
In short, whatever youâre looking for in your holiday, Chalet Charlotte is the place to stay whatever the season.

In the winter, the region provides the largest network of over 130 km of ski trails and in the summer you can enjoy over 40 km of hiking and biking trails. Fusch offers hikes up to 3000km above the sea level and terrain parks situated in a national park. In the region there are freeride trails, golf club, yachting club, and fishing opportunities. Paragliding, horseback riding, off-road park, water parks, whitewater rafting and rock climbing trips are available as well. During the winter, adventure lovers can try out snowmobiling tours, winter paragliding, or skiing and snowboarding in one of three diverse terrains. Schmittenhöhe peak has lifts directly from Zell am See and SchĂŒttdorf and offers about 75km of ski trails, Kitzsteinhorn glacier- lifts are located in Kaprun, ski trails are together 40km there and Maiskogel has area with 15km of ski trails.
