Welcome!
The picturesque living/dining room brings us to an aesthetic of life in the countryside but in a comfortable way. It features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a long dining table. The bright area is decorated with traditional aspects, making the space even more inviting. You can also have access to the balcony to enjoy nature's magnificent view.
The adjacent kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as a stove, oven and microwave.
The property is equipped with a fireplace and heaters, although there is no central heating. A private barbecue area is also provided for your enjoyment.
There are two bedrooms delightfully furnished with a heavenly queen bed and another one with twin beds. All contain complimentary hotel-quality linens so you can sleep comfortably.
Last but not least, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
You also have access to the swimming pool and the parking that is shared with other guests.
The space is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.
If the second house is occupied, the pool will also be shared with its guests. Parking is available for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
This area is home to the Baloiço do Mezio and Lagoas da Travanca. These attractions are perfect for a day spent exploring the outdoors. The area is also secluded and peaceful, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The nearest café and mini-market are located 3 km away, with Arcos de Valdevez situated at a distance of 11 km.
The best way to reach the property is by your own transportation.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80âŹ.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20⏠(extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30⏠(Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
