Welcome to my home!

The spacious living room features a comfy sofa, where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space making it even more inviting.

This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric plate, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use.

The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen bed and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom is also a pleasant space with a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Last but not less important, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Cozy apartment in great location

I would stay here again. Comfy beds, situated close to Balhao market and metro station. Easy to walk to sites in the historic district.

Great location

Very happy in all respects. We suggest you consider a safety concern as to the difference in floor level between the living area and both the kitchen and bathroom. Someone may well break a toe.

No verandah as shown in pics? Facilities need attention -light fitting hanging off wall, curtains missing, tv didn’t work, only hand soap in bathroom, dishwasher but no soap, bulbs loose in wall lights, security lock on door didn’t work, key box hard to access, limited kitchen supplies. The location was quite good tho.

3 Nights in Porto

The apartment was in a perfect location. We got quite a bit of rain so the apartment unfortunately felt very damp during our stay. The beds and towels were wet pretty much the whole time. The air was pretty thick. The unit also did not have any trash can aside from a micro one in the bathroom. There were no blankets aside from the comforters on the bed and minimal pillows- it would have been nice to have some additional elements.

Balcony is missing!!

I booked this apartment purely because it had such a nice balcony listed in the image, since I was having a workation with friends and we needed some sound separation. We get to the apartment and the balcony is completely removed (??). Communication with the property, while prompt, was with a different person with each message, making it so confusing. Furthermore, housekeeping never came once in 5 days even though it was advertised. Overall while the location was great, I think it's a bit crappy to advertise with such photos when the balcony doesn't exist at all.

Der erste Eindruck der Wohnung war einladend. Beim genaueren Hinsehen jedoch fehlte der Balkon, der auf den Bildern zu sehen war, das Sofa war schmuddelig, das Badrollo verdreckt und es fehlten Vorhänge. Und der Befall mit Kakerlaken war extrem (auch im Hausflur), so dass es nicht möglich war den Aufenthalt zu genießen. Die Lage ist super und alles fußläufig erreichbar. Der Kontakt per Email war schnell verfügbar, jedoch zäh, was die Beseitigung der Mängel betraf. Der Check-In war reibungslos und verlässlich.

Bien mais...

Super séjour, appartement très bien situé. Petit bémol concernant l'annonce et le réel, il n'y a pas de terrasse contrairement aux photos présentées et les finitions sont grossières (petite fuite à l'arrière du toilette, pointe saillante dans le parquet, miroir ébréché dans la salle de bain, portes des chambres qui ne ferment pas...). Pas de machine à laver mais une laverie dans la même rue. Juste une balayette pour le ménage et il manquait un rideau dans le séjour. Hormis ça, la literie est confortable et le supermarché juste en bas est un plus. Proche du marché de Bolhao et de Sao Bento et dans un quartier calme mais en travaux. Bien desservi en restaurant.

Très bien situé. Difficile de cuisiner par manque du nécessaire pour le faire (ustensiles et chaudrons) et plaque chauffante difficile d'utilisation. Serviettes en quantité insuffisantes.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Localisation parfaite, un peu excentrée pour éviter le brouhaha de la ville, mais proche du centre historique, on peut tout faire à pied. Propre, spacieux avec deux belles chambres. Service de ménage inclus dans la location, appréciable si on a besoin. Je recommande cette location à 100%! Et la communication avec guest ready est très efficace, ils ont été présents et réactifs à toutes mes demandes en me donnant de bons conseils

L'escalier de l'entrée est un peu dangereux. (2 premières marches inégales) surtout quand on doit monter ses bagages à la main. Chambres un peu petites. Une seule sorte de café pour la machine Nespresso et il était peu goûteux.

Logement bien situé, tout près du centre historique, calme,bien équipé, terrasse appréciee très bon compromis pour passer 3 ou 4 jours à PORTO, quelques détails, minimes à régler pour que ce soit 5/5!! (porte de la douche, shampoing, gel douche ceux de la photo sont mieux), rideaux ne coulissent pas, stores difficiles à relever mais quelques petites attentions appréciés (doses6czfes, sucre, bouteille d'eau, léger ménage quotidien
