Maris Villas, a complex of 3 autonomous Villas, welcomes you to Elounda for an unforgettable holiday! Each Villa spreads across 3 levels and it offers 3 bedrooms and its own private swimming pool. Maris Villa 3 covers 143 m2 and can accommodate 6 guests.
Elounda is a famous destination in Crete and the Villa is located just 3,4km from its lively centre, where you can enjoy the amazing restaurants, bars, cafes and various shops. Several beautiful beaches can also be found within close range, as well as Agios Nikolaos town (9km) and Spinaloga islet, both worth visiting.

Ground Floor
On the ground floor of Maris Villa 1 guests will find an open plan space consisted of the kitchen and seating area. The living room features a 40 TV, open fireplace and access to the pool terrace, while the fully equipped kitchen with adjacent indoor dining area for 6 allows you to prepare your homemade meals and practice your cooking skills on a few cretan recipes.

First Floor
Ascending the internal stairs to the first floor, guests can reach two of the bedrooms of the Villa. One of the bedrooms offers a 1,60 X 2,00 bed, A/C and closet with safe, while the second one features 2 single beds, A/C and wardrobe. The two bedrooms share a balcony equipped with patio furniture that enjoys beautiful views of the sea, mountains and the surrounding area. Additionally, a bathroom with bathtub, a washing machine and clothes dryer is also available on this floor.

Lower Floor
The 3rd bedroom of the Villa is located on the lower floor and it offers a 1,60 X 2,00 bed, 32 TV, A/C, wardrobe, seating area and access to the yard below the pool. Lastly, the bedroom boasts a kitchenette with sink and mini fridge, as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outdoor area
The exterior of Maris Villa 2 covers 300 m2 and offers views of the surrounding, typical cretan landscape, scattered with aromatic herbs and short bushes, and the sea can also be seen in the distance. The outdoor facilities include:
- A private, 40 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.20 - 1.80 m deep with ladder access.
- The tile paved terrace around the pool is equipped with 5 sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower, umbrellas and a dining area for 6.
- Fully BBQ area with charcoal grill, wood burning pizza oven and outdoor sink under the shade of a pergola.
- A second pergola offers an additional outdoor dining area for 10 guests with built-in bench, as well as a seating area.
- A cobblestone paved yard is also available at the area below the pool terrace where children can play. An outdoor WC can be found there as well.
- Parking space for 2 cars inside the Villa premises
- The Villa complex is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security to our guests.
